Quality work. Knowledgeable and professional. I called them and they were out the next day.

It was great. I didn't have any problems. I had a lot of questions on my initial appointment and Sandra answered them all for me. There were two things that I was not 100% happy with, one I wanted to pay by credit card and was charged a fee for that purpose, the other was that they did not clean up real well on my screened in porch. There was a lot of dust left after they drilled the holes. I have a plant stand under that window and it would have been easy for them to move, but they didn't and all the drilling dust went into the planter. Other than that they were very professional and very accommodating. I would recommend them to others.

It was exceptional. But there was one area that could have been better. On the upper floor there were shelves that you need to put the pins in as well as the bottom floor but they removed the whole shutter and although they did it on the second floor, they left the ground floor for us to do. I really wish they hadn't taken them out. Since they did they really should've gone and filled in the holes; but hey didn't.

Sandy came out a few days after I first called to show me the products available. The following week, Andy came out to double check the measurements she took. The hurricane shutters were installed within one month of ordering them. They took 4 days to complete. The first day they came, we were having a terrible storm that lasted all day. They said they would work inside and do all the electrical and work on the inside balconies. The workers were great. They cleaned up each day after they were done and answered any questions I had. Cassidy in the office was always so pleasant when I called with a question. Everyone was very professional. The shutters turned out great. They are saving me money on electricity when I put them down in the afternoon when the sun comes beaming in and heats up the place. Overall it was a job well done and I would highly recommend them. I was also very glad to have them when the last tropical storm came through. I could hear the wind and rain pounding on the shutters outside and felt very safe to have their protection. I also like not having to move my outside balcony furniture. Before the shutters, I saw my chairs moving across the balcony when we had a storm with strong winds. Now I just put the shutters down and don't have to worry when a storm is coming.

Everything went very smoothly. Everyone was very friendly and the work was done in a timely manner as promised. The shutters look very nice and are easy to open & close.

From start to finish, Roll-A-Guard provided us with top-notch, professional service and an outstanding product. We received an estimate from another company and while their price was similar to that quoted us by Roll-A-Guard, they could not begin to match the customer service and professionalism provided by Sandra, Andy and Cassidy. Our roll shutters were installed on time by a first-rate crew who were not only professional, but fun to boot! We would recommend Roll-A-Guard without hesitation.

Called yesterday for service. Scheduled several days out. Owner Andy called this morning. Were we available today? Yes! He arrived himself within an hour. Performed the repair to our satisfaction quickly and efficiently. Friendly. Very knowledgeable. My husband is knowledgeable technically and mechanically and was very impressed with his work. Would definitely use service again. When I mentioned Angie' List membership got a discount!

These guys are great. They get here and do what they need to do in the shortest amount of time. Very knowledgeable and professional.

After narrowing down the company hopefuls to 2, from the contact with Cassidy [who is responsive to all requests], to Sandra [who at our home presented sample of a working model of roll-ups, a strong knowledge of the product, and wise solutions to 3 of our problematic windows, to Andrew [who constructs the shutters at their warehouse & who also come out for the final measuring], to Frank and Jeff [who installed the shutters - 3 of which were very heavy - and on very HOT days] ... we conclude Roll-A-Guard was truly our wisest decision.

They were excellent. It's family operated and they stand behind their product. It's just a very good company, If you have any problems during any of the times, call them and they call in to fix it. It was worth every penny. They close together and the lock. There's nothing you have to put up, they're there permanently. It ws through my neighbor. She went through Angie's List and I asked if I can sit in on the advertisement and she said yes, that's how we did it, by word of mount. They were wonderful. I think they were within the limits. They were probably just as professional and honest as any of the rest of them. They're there if I need them. Absolutely, I will recommend them to anybody.

He did a very good job, he was reasonable priced, and I would recommend him to anybody. I would definitely use him again the future.

We like the product and thought the company was very professional. Cassidy went out of her way to answer all of our questions. The only difficulty was in getting appointments scheduled as they do not offer evening or weekend appointments.

Knew what the problem was right away and got to work immediately. All done with my (customer's) best interests in mind from beginning to end. I knew ahead of time what the charges would be and their time was well spent in the least amount needed.

We had them come out for the inspection, but we didn’t go forward with any work. We were satisfied with them as a company, though.

Sandy came out to introduce me to the product. I had numerous quotes from many companies and Roll A Guard's price was right in the middle. I was very impressed with the warranty they provide. Andy came out to measure and told me they would set up a day to install once the shutters were made. Cassidy stayed in touch with me regarding getting the paperwork signed and returned. They took care of getting the permits and gave me everything I needed to give to our condo Board for approval. I then got a call to set up an installation date. I was very impressed on how quickly the shutters were installed. They were very professional and it only took 1 day to install. I have 2 motorized hurricane shutters because of the length of my lanai. I love how easy it is to lower and raise them. All I have to do is push a button and they go up and down. Now when I go out of town, I know that my condo is protected from storms. I would definitely recommend them.

A Roll-A-Guard representative helped me choose storm shutters for two very large glass doors facing a balcony. They did the necessary adjustments and installed them. This was at the height of the hurricane season, when they were very busy. In spite of that, they performed the work quickly and professionally.

After having another hurricane shutter vendor botch the installment of accordion shutters on one of our homes, we were given a referral to Roll-A-Guard. They came out and repaired the work that had been done and then completed the remaining shutters. We were so pleased that we requested estimates on an additional two homes that included not only the accordion shutters, but also the electric (battery/generator backup) roll downs. We agreed with the estimate and the work was done quickly and in a very professional manner. The electric roll downs required some exterior exposed wiring which was professionally hidden by using the design of the exterior and specialized wire covering. The owners and staff have a warm professional attitude and are willing to work with the homeowner through each step to ensure the job is completed with safety, beauty and convenience in mind. We also avail ourselves of Roll-A-Guard's Annual Maintenance. They have tackled everything from the average dust and debris buildup to wasp nests hidden in the motor housings of the electric shutters. Through all of our renovations to date, Roll-A-Guard has been one of the easiest companies to work with and the shutters are of top quality.

Excellent--on time, on budget cleaned up and everything worked.

They were great. showed up on time, worked efficiently. replaced non working motor & tuned up my other motorized shutter. They also came back in a year to service those two shutters - for a fee.

Installation was fast & efficient. We are very pleased with the work completed . The hurricane screen door relieved our minds because our front door opened in, which left us vulnerable to high winds. We also received a good discount with our home insurance. We recommend Roll-a-Guard!

They're fine, they worked fine, the company's great, we didn't have any problem with them. Its good quality product, every year they send us a Thanks's Giving card too so we won't forget them. We like the fact that it was worth paying the money for something that holds up.
