Had two elements to install that were failures. The third one worked.

The technician's name was Chris. He did a very good job. He was knowledgeable and able to very quickly resolve our issue. He had to dismantle the tub separating the two shells so he could get to where the leak was. He tightened all the fittings and replaced the ones that needed replacing. He reassembled the tub back to it's original condition.

In each instance, we found McGill's managers and technicians to be excellent. They always arrived on time or called when they were going to be delayed. They were very knowledgeable about local building patterns and building codes, and they carried out their work very professionally. We would unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Toilets were fixed and a bathtub drain was unclogged.

Great. We got what we thought was an overpriced quote from another service provider to replace a broken water heater for our elderly mother. We called McGill and spoke with Kurt, who answered a lot of questions and was very patient and professional. We scheduled and John (aka, JFK) showed up on time and did great work for a very fair price. We were not there for the service, so it is nice to know not all companies are out to bilk elderly customers. Our mother was very happy with John (JFK), the excellent service, and the price. Honesty, integrity, and fair. Great job, McGill!

Called Saturday morning at 8 am. The plumber showed up by 10 am. Very surprised at the quick response. The plumber weld a new fitting and replaced old copper pipe with PVC for dockside fixture. He had to stand on ladder in water to his knees to replace. he was friendly, courteous and professional. repair took 2 hours

Ryan arrived on time, quickly assessed the best approach for installing the new faucet, and carried out the work in a very professional manner. The finished work looks superb! I am very pleased with the work Ryan completed, and I unhesitatingly endorse McGill Plumbing as a top-notch plumbing services provider. Previously McGill completed other work in my home, such as plumbing a utility room, fixing bathroom plumbing, and replacing a water heater--all of their jobs were performed in a highly professional manner.

They were suppose to be here one time and kept saying later later and then they finally came while I am sitting down eating. They did a good job can't complain about the job. They were sociable and we were talking while they set it up and they called back saying about the individual is running back late because he has more problems at the one house he was with and finally got done with that job and could get to mine and they said don't worry about that so they were following up on everything.

They are a very busy company. They were a couple hours late, but did keep in constant contact with us on their arrival. The service technician was highly qualified and knew exactly what he needed to do. He had a 2nd person come out to help remove our old system. Very professional and answered questions as they went along. We were very pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone!

The price didn't seem to crazy. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what, but he wasn't very personable. I felt off about him, but he did the job done. He could have been a little more cheerful.

Great job on clearing the drains to the sewer. Didn't try to rip me off like another service I found on Angie's List. I will definitely use this plumber again in the future.

All was fixed to code in a timely manner.

My tub leaked into the adjacent closet. I knew the tub had started to rust and had caulked around the drain. When the plumber came out, I told him if it had rusted through, I'd rather replace it. He replaced the drain as best he could until the tub could be replaced. When they came out to do the estimate for the tub replacement, I also asked for estimates on fixing a loose kitchen sink and bath sink stopper that wouldn't open. The estimator tightened the sink and fixed the stopper for me. He explained that part of the tile would need to come out for them to get the tub out and recommended a contractor. The guys that replaced the tub were friendly and kept everything clean. One side of the tub was slightly off-level which is why I gave a B rating. To be fair to them, I'm not sure the original tub was level and I probably wouldn't have noticed except the grout was wider to make the tile level. I didn't notice it until the tile was already in place.

Josh arrived mid-day New Years Eve to clear a clog in our homes sewer discharge line to the street sewer. He was deliberate in his approach and didn't seem to mind explaining his process while being efficient with his time. I called McGill's after reading other positive reviews and spoke to Ryan who was friendly and helpful. I was specifically looking to hire a local family owned business as I think they tend to hold a high standard in their own community. This seemed to be the case on this occasion so when I have a new plumbing project of a system failure I will call on McGill's to provide.

Chris was very professional and knew his stuff. Pride was very fair for having to work on a holiday and I couldn't wait to have it done later.

While walking barefoot, a couple of porcelain tiles in a hallway felt quite warm - much warmer than the surrounding tiles. Our good past experiences with McGill Plumbing led us to give Shane permission to replace the type of shut-off valve at the water heater and "jack up" the floor (remove a couple of tiles and cut through the slab to access the hot water pipe). Prior to starting, Shane warned us that the suspected leak might not be directly under the warm tiles, requiring the removal of more tiles and another hole - or more - through the slab. He found the leak on the first try. The hot water pipe was badly bent when the house was built (not too surprising given some of the experiences that we had with the builder) and finally developed a pinhole after twenty-two years. After cutting out the section and re-piping, Shane backfilled the hole and rough-patched the floor with concrete. Shane was courteous, clearly experienced, and professional. We were very happy with his work - another good experience with McGill Plumbing!

We had problems with dirt clogging our water lines after having dying fruit trees removed and lawn sprinkler valves replaced by our lawn service. (Coincidence?) Chris of McGill Plumbing replaced fill valves (repeatedly clogged with sand) and performed dye tests in two bathrooms. He was prompt, courteous, professional, thorough, and left the areas clean. We have used McGill Plumbing since 2014 and have always been very happy with their work.

They were here when they were supposed to, and replaced it in a timely manner.
