Description of Work: Several small plumbing problems were corrected, including the drain pipe for a bathroom sink and a new fitting for an outside faucet that had been leaking. A new garbage disposal system was also installed. All in about 2 hours at most! They came the same day I called and were very professional and efficient.

Description of Work: I called to get an appointment for an estimate on a bath remodel and on replacing water lines. The estimator said he would come by in a few days. I asked him to call first so I could have the gate guard let him in. He showed up unexpectedly ( contrary to instructions). After looking, he said he would e-mail a quote in a few days. Two weeks later I called and left a message asking whether they were interested in the job or not. He responded by e-mailing a quote that was so far out of line with others, it appeared to be just a ridiculous wild guess. Obviously, he didn't want the job, and won't be considered! ,

Regarding the review submitted by [member name removed] [member information removed] Although I am both perplexed and dismayed by the nature of this unwarranted negative review, I appreciate the opportunity to respond and clarify as follows: Both statements made by the homeowner regarding the initial call to our service department are incorrect. [member name removed] called on 4/30 and was given an appointment for the following afternoon (5/1) for a free estimate. He did not speak with the estimator at that time nor was he told that the estimator would arrive in a “few days,” as stated. The estimator called first as requested, but there was no answer or answering machine. He came anyway, knowing that he was being expected. In fact, the estimator was told by the guard at the gate that he was expected. When the estimator arrived at the door, the homeowner explained that she was on the phone and apologized for tying the phone up. Yet, there is no mention of this in the homeowners’ review. A full project inspection, completed with notes and a floor plan was composed during this site visit. The owner agreed to the estimate being sent via email as opposed to ground mail. An estimate was submitted for the two projects he was shown that day via email on 5/3. The homeowner did not respond to this email. A copy of the email was sent on 5/24 at the owners’ request. The homeowner did not respond to this email, either. During the month of May alone, our company was awarded seven (7) domestic repipe contracts for residential homes and numerous remodel jobs, similar to the project that [member name removed] inquired about. A high percentage of acceptance of jobs such as these, suggest that our company is highly competitive. In summary, our company responded to the homeowner’s inquiry in a prompt, efficient, forthright, and professional manner. This was a free estimate. Not a paid for service.
