Thank you for your feedback. Please allow us to clarify a few key points to this particular job. First, this customer purchased an online StoreFront offer on 9/23/15 for 1-Hour of drain cleaning from our company. We did not prompt the customer to do so, as we had never performed any services for this customer prior to them purchasing said StoreFront offer. After purchasing the offer, the customer contacted us to schedule the service with the complaint of a sewer odor as well as water showing up from an unknown source. We arrived for our scheduled appointment on 9/30/15 to investigate. We determined that the plumbing drainage system must be having some partial blockages that were not allowing the system to vent properly. When that occurs, it is possible that tub and shower traps can be sucked dry, allowing sewer gases to come up through said drains. We were not able to recreate stoppage problem at this time. In regards to the unknown leak, we applied a static water test to the shower pan and verified the shower pan was leaking. Additionally, on 10/6/15 we provided a free estimate to replace the leaking shower pan. We also repaired a leaking toilet while on site on 9/30/15. We have full documentation of the aforementioned. We attempted to contact this customer several times after receiving this review in order to address this before responding, but had no luck contacting the customer.
