Description of Work: septic line was backed up I called and someone showed up 2 hours later. I tried calling the "smaller" plumbing companies on Angie's list but couldn't even get someone to answer the phone. I needed someone on the phone and at my house ASAP and McGill fit the bill!

Description of Work: Paul removed a badly rusted old faucet even though it took him a lot of time an effort. Installed the new on we bought at home depot very quickly and efficiently.

Description of Work: Shawn, the main guy, and I have gone through the wringer together (long story), and the bottom line is that he is an honest businessman who will do the right thing in the end. For that, a grade of A.

Description of Work: Called McGill's as the soft water system that they installed 11-04 was not functioning properly. They came out right away and identified the problem due to the age of the installation and showed me the worn out parts which should have been replaced 2-3 years ago. It would cost me around 500. to get the system back in shape again. But I decided to put a hold on it as it was not critical like replacing a washing machine or a water heater. If I decide to get the system up and running again I will contact them.

Description of Work: On this trip, had them rework three shower faucets. Have used them in the past for a host of other things including new hot water heaster, and toilet repairs. Have been using them for over twenty years and have never been disappointed. Pete Burger

Description of Work: A leaky pipe forced me to turn off the main water line and I called McGill at 0730. Mike arrived at 0900 assessed the situation and began repairs immediately. Within ninety minutes the leak was fixed the stucco was patched and a new outside faucet was installed and main water turned back on. A gat job and a great price.

Description of Work: HAVE USED MCGILL SEVERAL TIMES. ALWAYS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. VERY PROFESSIONAL, NEVER HAD A PROBLEM.

Description of Work: They came out and said that nothing was wrong with a leak I was having in my livingroon from the tub upstairs. They put in the original plumbing. Somehting IS wrong.

Description of Work: Horrible tech (Jason), rude, refusing to do work agreed to, whining all day that price was too low. Ron didn't put agreed job on work order, Jason refused to look at washing machine overflow, did not test water softness. manager hung up /no goodbye.
