Awesome! He and his crew were very knowledgeable and quick! They worked on Saturday to make sure the job was completed on time. They took care of all of the permit "stuff" and made sure all work was up to code before they considered the job finsihed. However, it should be noted that the work was up to code from the first inspection so they didn't have to correct anything.

I found them on Angie's List. They were super competitive as far as price, I ended up saving $6,000 - $8,000. We had our share of foul ups but they were good about fixing any issues as fast as they could.

We had specific requests for reinforcement, design, drainage and pitch. Terrance and crew met them all and even added a few enhancements. The court turned out great. Terrance is a conscientiousness, experienced pro that does high quality work at a reasonable price. He always kept in communication from the initial estimate to the follow up to make sure we were entirely satisfied with the result. Highly recommended!

The work was completed a couple of months ago. It is in perfect condition.

Although it took a bit to get the whole thing scheduled due to rains, Terrance was always prompt to return phone calls and to address any questions or concerns I had. I appreciated his professionalism and work ethic. Terrance was a pleasure to work with and I will hire him again "in an instant" should I ever need concrete work done again. His estimate was below what I was expecting and he charged me exactly what he said he would, even though he added a pad for the trash recepticles that I had forgotten to request during the estimate phase.

Better than expected results.... the owner and his crew were professional, thorough, and we plan on using their services again in the future. HIGHLY recommend this company. (Note: another local cement company -- from Angie's List-- wouldn't even acknowledge my request for an estimate on this project. I assume it was because it was a 'small ' job. However, the owner of Low Cost Concrete responded immediately to my inquiry and his estimate was lower than we had budgeted.)

Excellent. Quoted job about $1000 less than another contractor. Started on time and dug out enormous amount of tree roots. Hauled away debris. Moved about 100 patio stones. Back breaking work done at very fast pace. I actually had them change the shape of the sidewalk before they poured. That took more work, but they made the changes with a smile. Very polite and completely professional. Wonderful team. Poured a few days late because Terrance got sick, but the work was excellent. Looks great!

They did a good job and I would use them again. Terrance is an owner-operator, so it is often necessary to leave messages on his phone. He always calls back, usually in the evening after he finishes his jobs. He had to slip my job as weather delayed a prior job. He kept me informed and this is all I ask. They did good work and cleaned up when they were done.

In the beginning Mr. Whittaker, the owner of the company, came to the house to give an estimate concerning slab of concrete roughly 16' x 22'. The price was great, so I asked about the quality of the work. He mentioned that the work they would do would be as good or better than anybody else's work. HE WAS NOT KIDDING! They poured the day after and they were finished by 1:00 PM. and the job was awesome! Very fast and efficient, but they did not rush the job.Very conscientious and meticulous. They cleaned everything after the job was finished and removed the forms before they left. This is the best concrete work I have ever hired. Highly recommended. Very courteous and friendly. I used to manage apartment buildings and I know quite a lot about concrete. Also, I was not asked to pay for the job until it was complete and I was satisfied.

He said that installing a drain system would be expensive and not necessary. He said in certain places the paint was blocking and a little thicker on the frame work. He said that we could take a knife and loosen the paint and he pulled out his pocket knife and showed us as an example. He was very kind to show us. He also told us to hose the pool deck and then sweep away all the settlement. We have done this ever since and everything has worked out fine. He was very nice and prompt and if I need any concrete work done he will be the first one I call.

All went great,Terrance showed up when arranged for the estimate. On the phone I had given an estimated size of the area, Terrance gave me an estimated cost for the area I quoted, when he came by for the actual estimate he came down on his price because the area was not as large as I had quoted. I really respected his honesty, very professional and courteous. I have already requested a quote for another job.

Terrance and his crew leveled and prepared the site for the parking pad and took all the necessary measurements. Actually, they called a week prior to the scheduled date for the work and said they could come sooner, so they did. They were on time and had to use less concrete than had been anticipated-so the final cost was less than the estimate, Terrance passed the savings on to us. The crew was professional, worked quickly and cleaned up appropriately. We were pleased with the results,no surprises. We would definitely use this company again. We didn't realize it when we hired this company, but they had installed the concrete pad under our spa, 2 years ago, and that had been a good experience as well.

They had a fast response to request an estimate. They showed up for the free estimate on time. I scheduled an appointment to do the work. They called the night before to say they would be one day later. They showed up on time, did nice work, and cleaned up afterwords.

Chris and Terrance did a great job. The work was started and completed on time and at a good price. Some sprinkler pipes were broken during the work, but they came back and fixed those. I would use them again for any concrete work I have.

I wanted an estimate to extend my driveway by installing a 12' by 20' concrete slab. He said he would come at 5PM. I asked that he call me if he was going to be delayed. At 5:30 I called him to ask where he was but got his voicemail. At 6:30, an hour and a half late, he called me to tell me he couldn't make it and I told him thanks but no thanks. If he was this irresponsible at estimate time, what would happen at work time? I hired someone else to do the job.

We had some scheduling problems, mostly due to the rainy season. Once the guys arrived, they worked smoothly and quickly. We are very happy with our patio.

Chris and his brother did an excellent job and gave us some after care tips on completion. I also thought the price was reasonable. Would certainly call them again in the future.

Terrance and his crew were polite, ON TIME and very reasonably priced. They worked hard, no goofing off! I am extremely pleased with the outcome and highly recommend them and if need be, will use them again. They are GREAT and they did a GREAT JOB! Also, I called on a Tuesday to get a quote and he called back that same day and came the next day to give me an estimate. Thank you Terrance.
