These guys are good. They had plenty of help on hand and all the guys worked hard. Good communication. I am happy. 1K below other guys. Their bobcat operator was amazing. leveled the area perfectly. I don't know how he did it. Very pleased with the final product.

We needed a circular driveway installed. Lots of grading and ild concrete and gravel removal. They demoed, grade and installed the forms all in the same day, quick and clean. They tamped the grounds and got it all ready to be poured. Pouring took about 4 to 6 hours and those guys worked very hard and fast. The concrete truck driver cleaned up the street after pouring making the street look clean as it was before the pour. They finished the concrete and installed expansion joints where needed. Took a 3rd day for all the forms to be removed and cleaned up. The driveway looks beautiful and the work is top notch. We used 3000psi fiber mesh concrete and the final product is very strong. After getting a few quotes to replace several sections of my driveway that had cracked over the years, I decided to use Low Cost Concrete and I'm so glad I did. I had been looking to expand our driveway 7 by 30 feet. I called Low Cost Concrete and Terence responded immediately. Terence and his crew did an amazing job. He even pulled the City permit. Day one, secured the job site, removed grass and soil with Bobcat, hauled material away, removed city sidewalk, and install dress border. All the while taking extra precaution of the sprinkler system underneath. Day two, concrete mixed with fiber mesh was poured (fiber for extra strength and durability), and added a nice brush design on concrete. Day three Pinellas Park inspected and signed the permit. Job done. I could not be happier with Low Cost Concrete. Terence and his crew was very professional, they did a great job, and cleaned up. Definitely use them again. Highly recommended!!

Owner made an appointment with me at 6PM and confirmed appointment during the day. I drove across town to the job site to meet him and he no showed and no called. I was able to reach him at 6:30 and he was working at another jobsite. Didn't even give me the courtesy of a call or text. Wasted afternoon. . .

Really well, Terrance made the appointments on time, called if any delay, worked to meet our schedules and keep all his promises. It could not have gone any better!! And....all this at a better price than the competition.

I had a great experience with Low Cost Concrete! Terrance came in with the lowest bid by far, which initially concerned me, but he did a great job on my driveway extension, which also included tearing out and replacing a portion of the existing driveway. He was courteous, professional, and flexible with my scheduling needs, and my wife was complimentary about his crew, which was a bonus. We have had work crews at times in the past who were loud or who used "colorful" language, but she said that they were cheerful and respectful, and not disruptive. I will definitely use Terrance again if I have future concrete projects.

Low Cost was the only professional business to give me a prompt call back and one of two that gave me estimates. Terrence gave me a much better quote than the other guy and was obviously much more on the ball and professional. The lead time was a good month out, which wasn't the best, but at least it was accurate and wasn't changed. Terrence showed up on time and finished the work as promised. Great quality work. I'm happy with the outcome. Their was some damage from the concrete truck, and I had to call him to come back out to pick up some materials, but he responded promptly and everything was wrapped up nicely and quickly. Given how hard it is to get such a value on not just concrete work, but any skilled labor work done on time anymore, I have to give Low Cost, and Terrence a pass on the few little snags we had. Again - alls well that ends well. Top notch product from Low Cost Concrete. I'll use them next time.

on Monday 5/29/19 I was told they would come to price the job on Friday 5/3/19 at 5pm. I rushed home from work and Low Cost Concrete was a no show. They didnt call or text or message me through the app to tell me. Just a total disregard for my time.

Terrance was great to work with. He gave me a very reasonable quote and delivered quality work. He and his crew were punctual and seemed to enjoy working together. I like that they used troweled seams instead of saw cut because it looks so much more professional. What drew me to Low Cost Concrete was reviews on Angies List that said he responded when others did not because it wasn't a BIG job. I will recommend Terrance to friends and family. He has nice niche business supporting those of us who want those smaller jobs done.

We will call Terrance for our next concrete job (a driveway replacement). Of all the companies we talked to, Low Cost Concrete presented themselves the best and did a great job at a competitive price. Very happy.

Terrence managed the work well from the beginning to the end. He asked for all the permits at the Pasco builing department, he removed big trees roots, dirt and the existing concrete to build a magnificient driveway and patio I asked a quote from 3 companies, he was the most competitive of the 3. $5500 total all included

I like many Floridians had damage from hurricane Irma. After much research I found Low Cost Concrete and contracted with them to do the work. Terrance and his team were/are skilled, professional, and friendly. I recommend them and I have. The job began in December for 2 days and final deck coating completed after my pool screen work was completed.

The estimate was the best of three. The work was prompt, efficient, and met all expectations.

They were more than prompt they actually showed up early on the day of the pour. When they did the framing they were also prompt and efficient cleaning up after they were done. We are going to have them fix our drive way, and one of our neighbors was so impressed he is going to hire him as well. Great service and great price compared to some of the other estimates I received.

Terrance and his crew did a great job. He came out within a couple days of reaching out to discuss our plans, and provided an estimate within 24 hours. Work was scheduled promptly and completed in a couple days. After the acrylic coat was put on, our porch door couldn't close all the way because the floor was slightly higher due to the coating. I informed Terrance and he was quick to return to grind that area down and refinish it to ensure our door closed properly. Very well! Terrance obtained the permit quickly and got the job done quickly so i could get the house on the market as soon as possible. He also was able to save a flower bed by making a change to the design.

Terrance and Jared did an excellent job on the slab we needed poured for our new spa. A job going perfectly is always cause to recommend someone, but I feel it's even more telling how reliable someone is when you have a problem and they handle that perfectly as well .... and that's what Terrance did. They seem to have difficulty in returning phone calls even after the number is repeated 2x and the caller calls 2x.
