We bought the tile and setting materials, so this is basically the labor Quote to install in straight rows the 520 Sq ft of tile: Proposal as follows: 1.Furnish and install Red Guard crack prevention system complete with mesh over control joints. Installed per manufacturers recommendations and meeting industry standards 2.Install sanded caulk at perimeter where tile meets aluminum plate 3.Furnish and install Schluter edge trim at two doorways 4.Install owner furnished tile and setting materials Total labor and misc. materials…………………………$2,693.00 Add for Red Guard System, labor and material……1,300.00 Total. $3,993.00 Yikes!!!! Run Fast, Run far... but Run...!

IBrian the installer, came by to look at what needed to be done. He came on time as scheduled, made the repair in 15 minutes and did not charge me. Great service again!

We have a 1920's home and the installation required removing some existing wood floors as well as leveling all areas to make the flooring the same height throughout the house (which it had not been before.) The staff is thorough and professional, paying extreme attention to detail which our job required. They have a tremendous selection of flooring finishes and styles. We chose a wider plank, and darker stain than our previous wood floors and I could not be happier with the outcome. The finished product is gorgeous.

More than a year and a half after its installation, we remain extremely satisfied with the quality and look of our hardwood flooring. The whole process from beginning to end went very smoothly, and Bill Hess was reliable and attentive throughout.

Bill Hess from Floor Covering International is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful when making the decision to replace your existing floor with wood. Bill brought the 4 samples I had selected to my condo which really helped in making my choice. Once decided, he thoroughly explained their guidelines necessary to ensure the safety and protection of my furnishings and home (Obviously, a great deal of dust is in the air when removing tile). Once they began work, Bill sent me photos of the entire installation from start to finish. My birch floors are beautiful. I highly recommend Bill and Floor Coverings International to everyone who wishes to have ease of selection, ease of installation, and the perfect flooring to enhance your home.

The sales work was invaluable in that Floor Coverings International went the extra mile to find the exact products we needed for our home. The installation was done very professionally with wonderful attention to detail. After the work was completed, the company followed up to make sure we were satisfied. When problems arose with the bathroom tile due to unanticipated vibrations from our washer and dryer, Floor Coverings International corrected the problem to our satisfaction even though the issue was not due to their materials or workmanship. The last sale and installation in 2015 was to tile our front porch. Floor Coverings International provided us with numerous options for tiles until we finally found the exact tile we wanted for the porch. My wife and I have and will continue to recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone we know that is looking for tile and flooring. After 4 1/2 years all of the work done in the remodel is in perfect shape with no issues. (I had work done in 2011 and 2015, both. The 2011 service was great as well)

The entire project was flawlessly executed.? We could not have had?more?responsive?service.? The floors?are beautiful - attention to detail was impeccable.

Project went very smoothly with no significant issues at all other than the sub floor being found to have the aforementioned low spots following the demolition, but Bill's team took care of this as well. The project was completed on time and on budget. This is the second major project I've done with Bill's team.

Bill came out and showed us multiple products ( engineered wood flooring ) at different price points to choose from. We were unsure on which way to go based on the look, so Bill sent out a couple of his designers to give their professional input based on our location and what we already had going on as far as color scheme and design. Flooring was ordered and installed in a couple of weeks and Bill met his deadline of before Christmas by shuffling a few things around on his schedule. Workmanship was great! Very pleased with experience and would highly recommend them!!

The process was one week as promised. This was with having to repair and prepare the slab. Believe me, you want someone reliable when you do this kind of project in your home while you are living there. Bill Hess made sure job was clean at end of day and installers were timely and professional. Invaluable!!!

They did a great job.They were always on time. The place was always clean. The finished product was amazing. We love it and trust Bill Hess and his team of installers.

Just not done in a timely manner. I think they did the break like tore up the old flooring on a Friday and then I was with cement for like two to three days. The actual workers were nice but its like they took them off my job before the job was done. And then also the attitude of the owner I forget what his name is, I would call him and I was like you know this isn't finished, if I'm looking from here and I can see outside my door that's not finished. He wanted to have like a handy man do it who also did our blinds I don't know if Essanol Interiors is under your scope at all, it's like those two were sort of together. I mean the blinds alone were like $5000 and I didn't even get what I want, also I didn't get an itemized bill and yes just the work with Flooring International Coverings International or whatever it's called, how long I had to wait to get a, like to me my job is not done until it's done. Don't take people off a job, That's not how you keep customers and I mean I still have my whole upstairs to do also the steps were suppose just F, F,F,F,F.

I thought the product choices were very good and the price slightly on the high side of all researched. Concern was the length of time it took to get the work done once the product was ordered arrived.

After looking around and researching, we decided to go with Bill and FCI. We are so glad we did. From start to finish the entire project was accomplished in a professional and high quality manner. From the sales side, Bill is great. He isn't pushy and doesn't try to force you in one direction or another. Instead, he tries to learn about who you are and what you like, and shares his expertise and experience with you in order to find something you love. In our case, engineered acacia hardwood. We were skeptical at first, and nervous, but the end result was fantastic. We are glad we made the choice we did with Bill's help. As for the project, Bill's team, Brian, Alan, Mark, and Terry, were all the best. Professional, punctual, hard working, and so accommodating. We needed our entire floors done while still living there, and they did everything they could to make it comfortable for us, including frequently moving furniture back and forth. They also met or exceeded all of the HOA rules for renovations, which was a big deal for us being in a condo. They offered quality craftsmanship and it felt like they were installing floors in their own homes. Ultimately, we could have gone to a discount flooring sales shop or big box retailer, gotten whatever installers they threw at us, and probably saved a buck or two. But if you want it done right, with high quality materials and workmanship, I recommend Bill and his crew from Floor Coverings International. Highly recommended.

Great experience with this company. Bill was very quick to return calls, and worked with me and my crazy schedule for appointments. The showroom had so many options, we went with a totally different hardwood than originally planned, and absolutely love how it turned it. When its time to do the upstairs floors in my house, I will definitely go with this company again.

Bill Hess the owner spent a lot of time figuring out the best direction and product to use as we dreaded removing the tile because of the dust and expense. We chose Armstrong Luxury Vinyl. Installed on the diagonal with chocolate grout. Job came out fantastic and we are extremely happy with our decision. Mr Hess stayed on top of job from start to finish. This is a company that we would recommend to our friends! Great product and excellent workmanship!

The owner of the company did the pre-work in regards to giving us a quote, getting the job ready, and making sure that once the job was complete by his employees, he and we were satisfied with the results. We are very happy with their work, everything was done on time, the employees were very polite and clean.
