I’ll start out by saying that our floors look great because of the installers and demo folks . The owner of the company and her project manager are the most combative and difficult people to work . They were not solution oriented and instead kept bragging about their other successful project . We had to be our own quality control on what planks were being laid . Would never recommend them!

They did an excellent job and were great to deal with.

Everything went great! Bill worked with me to pick the right product and prepared me for how the process would go. The crew was great—they were respectful of my time and home ad helped arrange my furniture as best as possible each day before they left and kept things as clean as possible for a project like this. Would definitely recommend!

Bill and his team did an amazing job!! We love our new floors. Communication was top notch!! The whole team worked so hard everyday and made it very easy to still function in the house with 2 young boys! We are so grateful that we hired them!!! We will highly recommend them to all our friends!

This is the second time we have used this company with Bill Hess the president of the company. Bill is always helpful with ideas and recommendations. We are extremely pleased with all the work in installing wood flooring for all our bedrooms a few years ago to just recent. Bill’s right hand lead installer, Bryan, is terrific. He does a fabulous job and ensures staff are working according to his expectations. Bryan has been with Bill 15years plus. 6/8/21 11:43AM, called phone number listed on Angi.com and after ringing 4-5 times it automatically disconnected. Called back, after 4-5 rings automated voice said "please enter your password." How can a customer be helped if they can not contact this company? Will look for a company that can provide common sense service.

Bill Hess and his team of installers were fantastic in every - workmanship, customer support, accommodating of our daily routine. Bill, the owner, made almost daily "pop-ins" to make sure the work was proceeding well and to address any concerns we might have (none!) Without any hesitation, will definitely recommend to our friends and neighbors.

Installed luxury vinyl flooring in entire house. They did an excellent job. They made sure everything was cleaned up before they left every day. We removed carpeting and laminate through out our home and replaced it with waterproof luxury vinyl plank flooring. Bills wonderful installers came in removed our existing flooring and kept a clean job site. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. The quality of their work was awesome. He showed extreme patience throughout this project. He was patient when I was indecisive even offering his words of wisdom to ensure a beautiful completed result.
