Floor Covering International in Clearwater, installed new Shaw Luxury Vinyl Plank Waterproof Flooring throughout our condo, and they replaced the baseboards. The floors are gorgeous! It gave the condo a fresh, contemporary look and makes the space seem bigger. Bill Hess, the owner, is knowledgeable, responsive, and a very genuine person. He and his crew are dedicated to doing quality work. Highly recommend!

Overall my experience was excellent. I was most impressed with the professional manner in which Bill Hess treated my project. Questions were answered promptly and any particular concerns I had were addressed. The install crew was very conscientious, pleasant, and I could readily tell that they took pride in a job well done. The best way to sum up my experience with Floor Coverings International...I was totally at ease and confident that I was in good hands throughout.

Bill, the owner of Floor Coverings International provided us with white glove service. He personally watched over the job and made sure our house was locked up and secure at the end of each day while we were out of town. The two installers named Gabriel and Marcel were incredible. They were professional, neat and took the extra time necessary to make sure the floor was level and the install would be outstanding when completed. We were blown away by the work they did as every attention to detail was considered and the job outcome was incredible. We couldn't be happier with the install and the special care of our home they took throughout the process. Bill told us at the beginning of the job that he would treat our home as if it were his own and he, Gabriel and Marcel did just that. I wouldn't consider anyone else other than Floor Coverings International for our floor covering needs.

Bill and his crews did an outstanding job in providing and installing new tile floor throughout our house. Bill suggested several options in the design of our project, always suggestions, never any pressure. He has lots of tile to choose from in his showroom. When we made the choice to go with Floor Coverings International, Bill helped select a good date for starting and explained the whole process, from demolition to final approval. Two different crews worked on our project. They were very meticulous with their work and it looked great when they were done. Bill came to our house several times during the installation to check on progress and answer any of our questions. He was also always available by phone or text. Definitely we would highly recommend FCI.

Excellent service and professionalism. The work was started and completed on schedule. Any questions or concerns I had during the installation were addressed thoroughly. Bill made sure that I fully understood what work was being done and why. There were a few obstacles with my subfloor once the carpet was removed and Bill and his team were able to quickly troubleshoot the issues. I am extremely happy with the final results! Great job done well by professionals!

Bill Hess and his team did an outstanding job from the beginning to the end of this project. Bill explained our floor options and what to expect with the different materials. He gave excellent advice for selecting tile patterns and sizes, as well as grout color and transition pieces. He was promptly available when he had questions and made sure that everything went according to schedule. The project was completed on time and with amazing results. We love our new floors and look forward to updating our bathrooms with Bill and his company in the near future.

The team did a great job. They were timely and professional. They went as far as to make sure the hardwood matched what we had downstairs. They covered up all the television and put felt pads on the bottom of all the furniture. The New floor looks amazing and we are very happy we went with Floor Coverings International

Bill was very accommodating of our schedules, meeting with us after work in the evenings and on the weekends, as needed to get estimates and to discuss materials that we needed. He was very responsive from the start and very helpful with information as we looked at different options. He and his crew showed up on time on the 1st day of work, and were very professional and delivered very high quality work. They did a great job of taking out the old materials and discarding them appropriately. We were very impressed with Bill and his company and would definitely higher him again for other flooring needs in the future.

It went great. Bill Hess was very low-key and accommodating. He walked his people through the project so everyone was one the same page. He answered all of my questions in person and via email. The whole process went very smoothly and I can not say enough about Tom, and his brother John, who did a beautiful job with the installation. They arrived bright and early, and just plain got to work each day. I would use this provider in a heartbeat and recommend them without reservation.

From beginning to end I was extremely impressed with the personal service and professional service we received. How many contractors do you know who call you on a Sunday to discuss the project. Even though the price was somewhat higher, work & services performed went above & beyond the call of duty. Final payment was not expected until I was 100% satisfied.

We liked working directly with Bill (owner). He was very knowledgeable about the flooring products, he answered all of our questions before we purchased, and addressed any concerns we brought up during the installation process. I highly recommend the services provided by Floor Coverings International. They installed the product in all rooms of my home except the bathrooms. The installation team was knowledgeable, punctual, courteous and efficient. They moved furniture in the rooms as needed and were neat and cleaned the areas when finished. They had great follow-up whenever I called.

This large project went perfectly from start to finish. Meeting with Bill to make the decisions about the choice of flooring was pressure free and very professional. He explained the many choices and their positive features and then gave us plenty of time to make a decision. He was prompt for our appointments and provided follow-up. Our work crew (Roger, Brian and Tracy) were outstanding. They were on time every day and worked very hard. They maintained a very clean work area and were very careful about handling our furniture. We hated to see them go at the end of the project. Bill came by at regular intervals to check on the progress of the work and to see if we had any concerns. Our overall project price was extremely reasonable. Our new flooring is absolutely beautiful and the work done by Bill and his team was outstanding. We would highly recommend them for any floor coverings you may need.

The laminate flooring that was put down previously was not finished until a handyman I hired did 99% of the work. I tried to finish the rest of it, but could not. Therefore, I called them back to see if they could help me complete it. An extra charge was applied since it was not in the scope of the original project, which was fine. I am in the process of selling my house and it needed to be done.

His team of 3 arrived promptly and removed the carpeting. They returned the next day and installed the flooring. The installation took 3 days and they returned to add a transitional piece to the sunroom. The workers were friendly, polite and cleaned up at the end of each work day leaving the place spotless. We would definitely use this company again!

The process went very smoothly. This was a complex job that was planned very well. When we decided to expand the work, we received clear, timely communication of the additional cost and timeframe involved. The installation team was amazing. Tom, Ronnie and Anton did our installation. They were always on time, always polite, their work was stellar and they were responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better crew. We have received numerous compliments on their work, both the quality and the creativity used. We would definitely use them again.

Work was both timely and efficient. FCI used a tile removal company that was nearly dust free. We were amazed at the process which made the process painless to homeowner. Tile installers were very professional and able to complete this large job in 5 days!!! Amazing work.

Bill Hess is great to work with and he has a large selection of material to choose from. We had beautiful Acacia wood installed in the main living areas and tile in our master bath floor, shower and back splash. His workers were very courteous and competent. Highly recommend.
