Description of Work: Bill and his crew put in gorgeous wood floors in our living area and new carpet in our master bedroom. Bill was responsive, professional, and helpful with suggestions, and the members of his crew were friendly and worked very quickly. Description of Work: pulled up old ceramic tile and replaced with approx. 1700 sq ft of hardwood flooring. Working with Bill Hess, the owner, was an absolute pleasure. Extremely accommodating during the floor selection process. Team was very professional and was led by Brian. Most importantly, I had an issue with the floor being scratched when appliances were moved (not by Bill's team). Bill and his team were outstanding in their responsiveness and assistance in working out a solution. This company takes pride in what they do and truly knows what customer service is all about.

Description of Work: They removed old carpet and old laminate flooring from 3 of our bedrooms. We were having some moisture issues in our house and Bill the owner came out numerous times to measure the moisture of the slab once the old flooring was removed. He was always very prompt and professional. He was also very patient while we went through the changes needed on the outside of our home to create a dryer environment for the inside. Gutters, French drains etc...His workers were always on time and cleaned up the work area as much as they could every day before they left. We are very pleased with our new flooring and we have no doubt that when we go to do the rest of the changes in flooring in our house it will be through Floor Coverings International.
