On time as expected.

They were responsive and very clear over the phone when placing my first call. I knew what I was getting and how much it would cost from the outset, which is different from other places I called (even highly rated Angie's List companies). The women (Barbara and, darn, I forget the other gal, but her child was chatty!), they were informative, professional, and friendly. It was actually pleasant to get a quote and info! Ron, the tech who did the work, was great. He was very friendly and professional, plus he made the whole process easy, which is nice when you're nervous about what you need to move or not move. He showed great respect for our furniture, house, and pets. Plus, he was super nice and efficient. We're in Temple Terrace and they're in Largo, so we paid a $25 trip charge, but it was well worth it, and I would not hesitate to use them again. I'd recommend Chris' business to my next-door neighbor without hesitation. Everything looks great and the price was fair.

showed up at agreed time and were very diligent trying to get extremely dirty carpet, wood and tile floors clean. some very bad carpet stains were removed and the wood floors are probably as good as they can get

They picked the rug up and delivered it to me. They did an excellent job and it came back looking like new. They were very pleasant to deal with and very helpful. I was very impressed with their work.

It went well! The owner, Chris, is the one who came out and did the work for us. He takes a lot of time with his work and is very meticulous. He does a great job! Also, if you refer him to someone else, he will give you a credit on your next service.

They are simply fantastic. They are very professional and courteous. I call Chris the "Miracle Man" because he can get every stain out. He is very pleasant and also very reasonable.They leave a bottle of their cleaning solution, which I think is a miracle cleaner.

I was impressed from the start with their wonderful communication skills. They explained exactly what I should expect and their scheduling and performance was excellent. The day after they completed their work I was contacted by their office to confirm that I was completely satisfied! I highly recommend them!

I was referred to Chris' Carpet Service by my plumber after I had a back-up that caused water to spill onto my laundry room wall, hardwood floors and downstairs into the kitchen. They came out for a consultation and explained everything that would need to be done. I called them later and had them set up all the equipment. Chris came to do the installation and he was great. He answered all the questions I had and was very thorough. Mike came to monitor the equipment and he made the scheduling easy. I was amazed at how all the equipment soaked up the water and got it out of the walls and floor. Barbara was very helpful in communicating with me and helping me deal with the insurance company and adjusters. Great experience and made the situation a lot less stressful for a new homeowner. This estimate was almost $1,000 more than the other estimate that I received. One of the reasons that this was more expensive was because he was going to send seven of my little rugs and my silk rug to be dry cleaned. They would also scotch guard my carpet, where the other company would not.

They were fabulous! My carpets look brand new. Nick was very personable, on time and even gave me some extra services and cleaned two leather chairs for free. I would recommend them to anyone.

We were pleased with their work. He did the inside and that was around $60.00 on the hallway. The rest of the carpeting cost a little more and may have been approximately $80.00 to $100.00. He was excellent. The work overall was very good. The price was excellent and I was surprised. The quality was good. His responsive was very good. He had worked in the house before, so he knew the contents and he was careful.

I had someone staying at my house that had a dog, and so I had to have specialty work done. He did the best job that I have ever had done on my carpets, with no mess on my hardwood floors and tiles, and no overspray of anything. He also took some of the area carpets and cleaned them at a fraction of the cost that I usually pay when I send out area rugs to be cleaned. Prior to that, I had a flood in the kitchen. It was a late Friday afternoon, and at the end of the day I had 3 inches of water in my kitchen. They were closing, but I begged them because it was an emergency. They were at the house within an hour and they got all the water up and left high powered fans on for 5 days. They drilled holes in the bottom of the baseboards so that all the fans would get through the sidewalls of my kitchen cabin, and in essence, saved me $35000 that would have cost me for replacing my kitchen. Their price is higher than most but the service is a 100% better than at any place that I have ever had work done from. They do residential and commercial areas, and they really know what they are doing.

Chris comes once a year and cleans all of the carpets in my home. He clean the living room, family room, dining room, and two bedrooms. He does a good job. He is very prompt.

Worker came out for the "free" estimate on a Saturday. We were told they couldn't do any repair work till the walls were dried out. There was a leak behind the wall that saturated the walls by the shower. We thought we were hiring a company to find the leak, we had been referred to them for leak detection and told them that was what we needed. The estimate was for $1,000 which we paid up front. We were told the drying process would take 4-5 days, which it did. When the drying was done, they billed our debit card for an additional $670.25 without submitting a bill or even telling us they were billing for more. They didn't even mail us a bill until a day AFTER they took money out of our account(The contract said they could use the card to pay for any unpaid amount due after 30 days, they didn't even give us the chance to see the bill prior to using the card). When we did finally get the bill, we saw we were billed extra for the "after hours service call" which was our free estimate. We were also billed for services not provided. We were also told at this point that they do not do leak detection but could help us find another service provider to do that. We also saw when we got the bill that there was a $117 per day charge for the dehumidifier, $26 per day for the dryer and $32 per day for the fan-it would have been VERY easy for them to give us a correct estimate since the fees were known in advance. They also charged $42 for each time they came out, though they called it 1.5 hours "monitoring" each time they came out, and they were never here for more than 20 minutes per trip. We had to dispute the bill and eventually got $397.25 back. Now we have to find someone to find the leak and repair it and it only cost us $1,273 to get back where we started.

He did a great job. Our carpets are white and one room had many bad stains. They were tough to treat but he did manage to clean them. The place looked great when he was finished.

They were wonderful! During the process, they even referred me to others companies that would be able to help with the other repair work that was needed. The prices were fair. Mike the technician was extremely nice during the entire process.

They were very friendly & even showed up 15 minutes early! Overall I was very pleased. They left me a carpet cleaning 3- ring binder, which will come in handy!
