Absolutely LOVE Chris' Carpet Service. Owners, Chris and Barbara passionately care about what they do and the people they serve and it shows in the quality of their work! True professionals through and through, with servant hearts. Our family recently purchased a gently used sectional sofa which we fell in love with but unfortunately so did the pets of the previous owners and there was nothing I tried that could get the "doggy" smell out of the cushions. I know Chris and Barbara through church and knew they had a carpet and upholstery cleaning business, so I called to inquire if they might specialize in deodorizing as well as cleaning and she mentioned that they had a special treatment they could apply that typically does the trick, so I made arrangements to get them to her and 3 days later they were ready for pick up and you would have thought they were brand new cushions!!! The smell was completely gone and my house smells fresh again! I can't thank them enough! All that said, I highly recommend this business for any of your carpet/upholstery cleaning needs! You won't be disappointed!!

Easy to work with and job done well

They're very good, we've used them for years. I always ask for Nick always! He's the owner's son and law. He does a great job he takes his time he doesn't rush. He moves the furniture and moves it back.

It had been two years and I was really surprised that it had been two years. I didn't have a call and I would've liked to have had a call telling me it's time, because I would've got it but time got away from me. We try to get it done once a year. They stand behind their promises to keep it clean and get it clean and all that.They tell you how to not clean your carpet, like not to use the stuff you buy at the grocery store. It's really a good company.They're always on time and they call you the day before they're coming which is nice.

They did relatively well. Original date of service started last summer of 2016. There is a small area that was missed. I have made three phone calls. Twice I left a voice mail and they failed to call back. On Monday, June 19, 2017, I placed the third call. Barbara picked up and said she would call me back. It is now Thursday. - nothing. I have a small job left and obviously, they do not have the time of day for me. This is unprofessional and irresponsible. Their lack of responsiveness is a clear indication of how they care for their customers. They were sure responsive when they asked for their check. They came to my condo to pick it up. Just rude, inconsiderate, and indicative of customer service.

Appointments were on time or called to say they were coming earlier. For both the area rug and living room carpet I was happy with the results. I thought the living room carpet was a lost cause since it had a lot of spots/stains and was 10 years old. I was surprised how well it turned out after cleaning. I don't have to replace it now. Customer service was very professional and friendly. I definitely would recommend the company to others.

I really recommend this company they prompt and efficient. Fair price. They really care about their customers.

!Very pleasant and professional. The price included pickup and delivery. The gentleman looked it over -- and explained that his cleaning was not going to be able to remove the old pet stains. I insisted that I wanted it cleaned anyway. The carpet looked and smelled so much better when it was returned. Of course the stains were still there, but I was able to carefully clip almost all of them out because the camel hair was so thick. Now it looks terrific. And I had worried that my cats would be able to smell the old stains and urinate on them again. They did not. Very impressed with Chris' Carpet Service!

We have used this company before and called them back because they are good. Ron did the work and he is thorough, punctual and cuts no corners.

Making the appointment was a breeze. I got to talk to a real person, and she was polite and efficient. Our carpet cleaner showed up on time to his appointment, and was friendly and polite, also well-groomed and well-dressed. He did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets and was extremely efficient in doing so. The price he charged was very reasonable. We were quite pleased.

Nick was there when he said he would be. He explained the process and then did the job. He was finished in about two hours and advised me of when the carpets would be dry and how to facilitate the process. All in all they did what I wanted, when I wanted it.

Ingrid sent Greg to our home within an hour. They were so prompt, professional and courteous! We were confident that we had expert solutions to our problems! Outstanding service!

When I first called to ask about services Ingrid quoted the various services and offered to email the prices. Seeing it in writing was a big help. When Nick was running a little late I called and Ingrid asked me to hold on while she called him. She told me when he would arrive which was about an hour late. No problem. I am very pleased.

This is the second holiday season that I have used Chris' Carpet Services and I've been satisfied with the service.

Chris's carpet cleaning service happened to be working on my next door neighbor's property, who had an accidental flood in their house. Chris's was over there taking up the carpet, removing and replacing their pad, drying the floor, re-laying the carpet, and putting their furniture back. My neighbor, who is elderly and unable to assist with any of the tasks required to complete the job, said they were very courteous and did an excellent job. (This is my neighbor's experience and is not included in the $125.00 I spent. I'm sure they spent a bit more). I asked them to come over and take a look at my carpets. I was thinking that he was going to tell me to go buy new carpet. They were soiled badly from training new two new puppies. Chris was honest and told me what would and what would probably not come out of the carpets. Since my goal was to just get this carpet to last me another 6 months or so while we finalize dog training, and he said he could make them look a lot better overall, I went ahead. I was not disappointed. The stains he said would come out came out. The ink stain and a couple other small stains that he said might be permanent - well, he was right about that too. They're still there. A strategically placed couch takes care of the ink stain and the other remaining stains at least look better after Chris's came out. He also repaired a small area at the edge of the carpet where the dogs had chewed up the edge. He happened to have a small piece of tack strip on his truck that was designed to accept a rubber threshold. He trimmed the edge of my carpet and stretched it up to this new tack strip that he laid for me. He didn't have the rubber piece but he told me where to go buy it. He did a great job and it looks good enough to hold me over until we buy new carpet. He definitely took his time to do a great job. He was at my home almost two hours cleaning just my living room and master bedroom and fixing that chewed edge for me. After Chris's was done, my carpet looks much better and there were no odors left. I would definitely recommend Chris's Carpet Service to anyone based on both my experience and my next door neighbor's experience.

There was a mix up in the scheduling date. Cleaning was rescheduled for the next day. Cleaning services were performed in a professional manner. Results were very satisfactory.

It was the first time I had used them. They did a good job. I have a very light colored carpet and they did a good job. I would recommend to anyone.

Company personnel were always courteous and friendly from first telephone call to schedule cleaning, to the beautifully-cleaned carpet and closets in this 3 room rented Condo for my Mom who moved in with me in my home. Overall, great job and I will, definitely, call them again to clean my home carpet in the future.

His power stretch work left the carpeting tight and looking like it was just installed. The steam cleaning got out numerous dirt marks and stains. He arrived close to the appointment time. He was careful and pleasant to work with.

They were very prompt and courteous. I recommend them highly.

The last them they were here they cleaned the entire house, and cleaned several pieces of furniture. I thought they were a bit pricey, but the quality of of their work was excellent. I would use them again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had the rugs cleaned due to pet odors. The company used several methods to eliminate the odor.
