Description of Work: They were very professional and knowledgeable. We had been looking at dishwashers for a couple of weeks. I told them the features we wanted and they took me right to the correct dishwasher. Everywhere else had to check them 1 by 1 or check with someone else. Better yet, they could have it delivered and installed in 2 days vs 7-14 days as quoted by the competitors. Very impressed. Will go there first in the future for my appliances. Install was as promised, very quick. and I wasn't required to buy the hoses that Home Depot/Lowes makes you buy even if the dishwasher is a replacement

Description of Work: The water from my whirlpool refrigerator started tasting terrible. I changed the filter again draining gallons of water first before I tasted it-still terrible. I called Apsco and when the repairman showed up he said "change the filter" when I told him I had done that, he licked an ice cube (would not taste the water) and said "there's nothing I can do, that will be $55".

Description of Work: We paid them $45 to come out to fix a Scotsman ice maker. He had been out to fix it once before. He was real helpful the first time. But the second time they said its old and needs to be replaced. He tried to sell us a new one. Im not mechanical but I discovered the pump just needed to be primed.
