In business since 1972, locally owned and operated. We sell major household appliances (refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, stoves, wall ovens, cooktops, microwaves, washers, dryers and more). In addition, we also offer Factory Authorized Service and Parts for major household appliances for the major brands. Our service technicians are employees, not subs. For repair service, cost varies and is determined by the job. Service charge for estimate will only apply if repairs are not done.

Major Appliance Sales AND Service/Repair of refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, stoves, wall ovens, cooktops, over-the-range microwaves, hoods, washers, dryers and more. Our service technicians are APSCO employees and are not subcontracted for or from any other company. In addition, they are all Factory Trained and Authorized by the manufacturer. We also have a parts department for the do-it-yourself types.
I paid a $925 deposit when I ordered a new refrigerator in June 2021. It was supposed to arrive in August 2021 - it did not arrive. Laura kept giving me new dates and as of August 15, 2022, I do not have a new refrigerator and I have not received my deposit back as I requested. I filed a complaint with the Batter Business Bureau in July 2022 and APSCO did not respond to the Better Business Bureau about this matter.

My name is vishi and we ordered dishwasher on June 4th 2021 and it came on July 14th 2021. The dishwasher was awesome and Laura Greco was awesome too. We put in the first load of dishwasher on July 14th and it runs superb until now. The only reason I am giving a 4 point star grading instead of a 5 point star grading because it took longer than expected but I give the benefit of the doubt that it was Covid 19 where everything has slowed down. i also got tired of begging the location by asking them when will it come. It was also embarrassing for me and for them, specially when it wasn't their fault and mine. The other reason is there was a very minor dent on the side for which I couldn't even see it but still barely seen, and I am not calling the office again for an additional discount considering it took longer because of pandemic reasons, but other than that superb service from staff and Laura who gave me a discount and we will continue to do business for future. Awesome and good job APSCO appliance, Keep it up

I contacted APSCO on Friday to repair an outdoor Jean-Air Grill they had rebuilt several years earlier. I was told that a service person would be out Saturday morning. The service person showed up, indicated they needed to talk with someone on Monday and would call back on Monday. On Monday afternoon I called APSCO and they said the service person had called in sick. On Wednesday I called again and was told APSCO would immediately contact the service person and have them call me. I never heard from APSCO or the service person again. I hired another company who performed the work within two days.

I called late afternoon on a Monday and they were out here the next day. The repair man was on time (gave me a 2-hour window), very personable, courteous and knowledgeable. They charged $59 to come out and look at the appliance to determine what's wrong and then gave me a quote for the full repair. But when I had the repair done, they applied that $59 to the repair cost. It's been a few weeks now and fridge is working just fine! I highly recommend this company for any appliance repair needed.
Description of Work: Had to have repair work done on my refrigerator (it's a few years old). After having such a great experience with Apsco when purchasing my appliances, I was happy that I could just call them directly to do the service.

Called to see if Apsco would address a problem with washer/dryer doors on a product purchased from them prior to filing chapter 11 bankruptcy. Spoke to disinterested "salesperson" whom I remembered as the one who sold me the units. He was not willing to help me address the problem and referred me to the manufacturer. Since they are in the service and parts business, I was surprised by the lack of interest in servicing a customer. But, now for the good news----I found someone else who wanted my business.

Have had the same problem with a refrigerator sold to me by Apsco Appliances. Was told by their salesperson that I should use their technicians when the problem first occurred which i did. When the problem reoccurred I made the mistake of calling them again. This time the technician admitted they just were not trained enough to handle warranty work for GE. It seems that since Laura Greco has taken over the management of the company things have really gone down hill. She is very rude as is the technicians that work for her. The technician is right, they just don't have enough training for the new computer age appliances. It is no wonder their appliance sales store went bankrupt.

, Dishwasher not delivered as scheduled, and no attempt by store to postpone or reschedule. Have had similar problems with Apsco in the past. Therefore, hand-delivered written request for refund of $606.53. Given assurances that refund check would be mailed next day. Not surprising, but, like dishwasher, no refund check delivered. Returned to Largo store, only to be informed that Apsco was no longer responsible for refunds. Turns out that Apsco has similar problems with a number of vendors and/or customers, and had now filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, Apparently, any refund, if ever, is now a mater for the courts. Not convinced that the missing refund will ever be recovered. Simply feel cheated. Note: Apsco will continue to remain in business at all locations, and the Chapter 11 filing is merely an attempt to eliminate or reduce obligations and debts to vendors and customers. .

The first thing that happened was they damaged the range. They did give us credit for that. The next thing was the dishwasher door would not close. This had to be handled by GE as the salesperson for APSCO said they were short of help. The next thing was the freezer started making a loud noise. APSCO did send out a person who was in training and he did not know what was wrong. They had to send someone else out. He ordered parts but when he came back to install the new parts decided he would have to tear the whole freezer apart. We did not realize it but after he left the freezer was not working at all. This was over a weekend so by the time we realized it all of the food had spoiled. The next thing is they discovered that the dishwasher was leaking. It had been damaged and there was a hole in the back of it. By the time they discovered this it had already ruined the wall behind it. This is on an island so is right out in the open and very visible. After some time Laura Greco did send over a handyman to repair the wall. The handyman was terrible and absolutely did not know how to repair it. Several attempts were made to get someone from APSCO to come and look at the bungled job but with no success. I finally had to hire a contractor myself to get the wall repaired correctly. So far APSCO has not payed and will not even respond.
Description of Work: We purchased several appliances from APSCO totaling approxemately $4,000. APSCO employees did the installation of a range, a refrigerator, a microwave and a dishwasher. We later learned that they should not have installed the microwave or dishwasher. We were told that they did not let that person handle anything where water was involved.

They're honest and prompt. The guy told me that my problem was not the dryer, it was something else and they charged me the minimum amount, which is $75. They're professional and they're everything you want in appliances.

Purchase of a GE washer & dryer set in August, 2013. Called 4/16/14 to schedule warranty repair for dryer. Scheduled for 4/24/14, Long time to wait but...... Service called 4/24/14, date of scheduled repair @ 9:30 AM to give wilndow of repair. OK. Apsco then calls back saying they were no longer doing warranty repairs for GE and gave me the number to call. NO heads up or written notices to customers notifing them of their sudden decision. They Just lost my business for lack of professional standards.

Hello [member name removed], We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service you received from our service department and apologize for the inconvenience. Although we have had a recent change regarding GE warranty service, that would not apply to purchases made before that change was implemented. And that change was just made this year and in those cases, we do let the customer know at the time of the sale and it is noted on their receipt. However, because your dryer was purchased well before the change, your dryer should have been serviced. Again, we apologize for the error and the inconvenience. We are trying to located your invoice, but we have so many with the last name [member name removed], but none around August 2013 with the first name [member name removed]. Could it be under another first name? Or it would actually be easier to pull up your invoice with your phone number. I would recommned Apsco highly and will use them again for a repair or purchase.
Description of Work: The technician showed up within the time frame discussed. He did a thorough job in examining the refrigerator, determined the problem, installed the new part and was done with everything in about a half an hour. I have a 90 day warranty. He was very pleasant and competent.

Bob was our sales associate that approached us upon arrival. We told him we were getting a new kitchen and beginning to shop for all new appliances for it. He was a no pressure salesman with a good background in appliances and lots of product knowledge. We told him we were looking at a couple other stores and took his card. After pricing and shopping a couple more stores, we decided to call Bob and order from him. He is holding them until the kitchen is ready.

It went very well. The technician knew what he was doing and fixed everything quickly. He told me how I could fix it myself but for additional price he was able to fix it immediately. The charge for changing light bulb is high only because of design of the GE appliance.

Was extremely rude to my girlfriend and completely unprofessional. The provider did nothing and he was asked to leave as he refused to do anything because I was nice enough to remove the drain line and pull the washing machine out for him to save him time. I would NOT recommend these people nor would I ever trust them in my house again even with someone there.

[Removed member name], We understand that your girlfriend is technically the customer, however, we would like to address your concerns nonetheless. We were able to locate your girlfriend’s information, including the initial service request. Our service manager provided the following information: “Our service technician arrived on 07/09/13 to repair her washer that was not draining properly. Upon inspection, he found that the drain hose was missing and part of the machine had been taken apart before he arrived. The customer explained that her boyfriend had taken machine apart and removed drain hose. The technician explained that he needed the drain hose in order to test the washer. The customer searched the house for the drain hose and was not able to find it. At that point, she called her boyfriend several times, trying different phone numbers in an effort to reach him to ask him what he did with the drain hose. However, she was not able to reach him. The service tech waited for approximately 20 minutes while she continued calling her boyfriend. After 20 minutes, because she was not having any luck, the technician had to continue with the rest of his scheduled service calls. He did tell the customer that he would not be able to wait any longer, but also said that once they find the hose, to give us a call and he would come back and diagnose the problem." We appreciate your girlfriend's business and would be more than happy to speak with her to see if there is anything we can do now or in the future to make things right. Thank you.

They could have just quoted me a price for a service call, and taken my money. They suggested that I try the new detergent instead, and then use a service call as a last resort.
Description of Work: I was having some trouble with my dishwasher not cleaning the dishes. I called them for a service call, and they told me the reason for my problem was a change in dishwasher detergent formula required by law. They recommended a different dishwasher detergent before requesting a service call. This in combination with a booster designed to address this problem has seemed to work.

I requested the disposal by phone which they had available at their warehouse. They held it for me at the store until i returned from a trip 6 days later. It was available for pick up as requested and customer sales was courteous and professional. i did not use their services for installation.

This company was excellent to work with. This is for the rental property of mine and they went right out and handled everything for me. They thought the problem was bigger than it was and when they realized it, they called me back to tell me it was going to cost half of the original quote.

I don't know what you want here that would be more than already in block above. The repair person came out checked for what was wrong. Gave me estimate-ordered the parts and a week or so later came out and fixed the problem. What more is there to tell? I will use them again and I am happy with result.

They came out, they gave me an estimate. I had to get a new appliance because it couldn't be repaired. I was pleased with that. The guy was very nice. He was very thorough but there isn't much to check because he could pretty much tell real quick. If he was here 15 minutes I would be surprised. They were here a little ahead of time and I was pleased with that.

I used them last Saturday. I had a service problem Saturday morning. Apparently, the compressor on the freezer side of my refrigerator went out and they first sent a service man first thing in the morning, got a hold of them. They realized that they were not going to be able to handle the repair or anything because of Saturday and brought me a replacement refrigerator and took my refrigerator out to the shop and had a replacement refrigerator in the afternoon and I was hooked up and running again.
