They were very nice. I know that my A/C is old and that I will need a new one but the tech didnt push the issue.

We called Monday afternoon and they came out that night after hours to check dads system, called me to keep me updated and went out the next day to install and finish job. I cant say enough! They handled everything over the phone and were extremely courteous!

Description of Work: They had to hire an electrician to handle some wiring problems-For A/C 3200.00 and for electrician for $300. They put in whole new Rheem unit. They also did some duct work. They knew what they were doing and were very professional and on time.

Description of Work: OUR AIR CONDITIONING UNIT STOPPED WORKING. MADE A SERVICE CALL ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON. SPOKE TO WAYNE, WHO BASICALLY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AFTER ASKING SOME QUESTIONS THEN TOLD ME HE WOULD TRY AND GET HERE THAT DAY. HE CALLED THREE MORE TIMES DURING THE DAY TO GIVE ME HIS PROGRESS IN MAKING IT TO MY HOME. UNFORTUNATELY, HE WASN'T ABLE TO GET HERE THAT DAY, BUT HE DID CALL AND WAS HERE FIRST THING ON THAT SUNDAY MORNING. FIXED THE PROBLEM IN 1/2 HOUR, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. WOULD DEFINITELY CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Description of Work: I had been told that the fan didnt kick in on the condenser. The inspector thought it was the moto but it turned out to be something cheaper. They replaced it and did a good job.
