Description of Work: Put a lock on my gate and 2 sliding door locks on my doors. And cleaned up all the locks that didn't work. i gave him a $10 tip because he worked really hard and was concerned for my welfare.

Description of Work: I hired them in June to replace my front doorknob. They did a great job, showed up on time and were easy to transact with. The price was what they quoted. This past weekend the knob broke, got stuck in lock, we were literally locked In The house, had to use the back door. I called him this morning, said it was six months and fully expected him to charge me something. He came out first chance he had today, replaced the knob and didn't charge us a thing. Very stand up business guy, I recommend hi. Fully.

Description of Work: I called for assistance with a HOPPE lock where the deadbolt was not working and so could not lock the house up. The technician showed up exactly on time and after a few minutes determined the issue and fixed it without requiring any replacement parts etc. He was professional and honest - great service. Will definitely use again for lock services.

Description of Work: showed up within an hour of our call. Rather than changing all of the locks on our new home, he told us it was less expensive to just re-key them and was able to give us 1 key to work for all of the locks. he was wonderful and I'd recommend him to everyone!
