Description of Work: The deadbolt on the front door was difficult to lock and open. I contacted Magnifico through the Angie's List website. They answered my questions and said the locksmith would contact me. He did so within minutes and arranged to be there that afternoon. He arrived promptly and determined that the lock was out of alignment and was easy to fix. It just took a few minutes and now works like new.
