On the day that I closed on my first home we needed to secure the property, and needed a reliable locksmith. After reviewing different locksmith's we decided to go 'Magnifico Locksmith' We called James early in the morning to see if he would be available later in the day, which was issue. James was extremely attentive and courteous on the phone, and was even more friendlier when he arrived at the property. James was professional and thorough with the work that he did. He even went above and beyond by ensuring that the sliding doors were on their tracks and adjusted the locks on the sliding doors. We were very happy w/ the services. Definitely would recommend his services.

He fixed a lock for me that was stripped and the latch was very loose. It kept falling off. I did purchase the big deal ($50 worth of service for $25) When he was done fixing my problem I was sort of surprised that he |charged me an additional $35.00 for a half hour job. I am happy he was able to correct my problem, but just taken back that I was charged an additional $35.00.

Replace the deadbolt and set it so we didn't have to get new keys made. Very fast and professional.

He kept in contact with me leading up to my scheduled appt. He was very pleasant, honest, on time, and took the time to get the job done right the first time. I love my knew keypad locks. I plan on using him again to install another one on the front door.

It was a tricky door so it took a little more time, but he did an excellent job and was very pleasant. He made all the keys I needed for the locks and I was completely happy with this service provider.

In my initial conversation with James Magnifico I was prepared to have him purchase the keyless entry kit and anything else he may have needed to do the job. Understanding that I was somewhat familiar with the aspects of renovation work he suggested that I save myself some money by purchasing the hardware myself at HD therefore saving the cost of his shopping time. We conversed on the phone while I was shopping to be sure I was making the right choices based on his recommendations. James arrived Sunday morning as scheduled, installed and adjusted the hardware allowing the doors to close tighter and more securely than they had previously been set to do. It's always a great feeling when you know you've found a contractor whose integrity is this easy to ascertain. It was a pleasure meeting and doing business with this guy.

James was very prompt, knowledgable and extremely thorough, with the inspection and review of every outside door in my entire place, even though I only requested service for two doors! He was extremely personable, and the service was awesome! He even helped me with a window lock, at no charge! It was a pleasure dealing with this service professional, in a world of mediocrity!

Re-keyed two doors to have one key for both and fixed pin locks on three sliding doors. He was prompt, professional and explained all my options be.

This guy was fantastic. He was fair, clear, honest, trustworthy and provided advice and guidance along the way. He showed up when I needed him and advised me to ensure that my home was secure. I would recommend him anytime for this work and trust that he has great ethics and skill.

He did a good job, but because it took him so long, I just did not use the coupon. He went above and beyond the call of duty. It was my choice not to use it. My house is older. The price was very reasonable. He came once and because I did not have the door assembly, he did what he could to make the door work for me. Then it took us three weeks to get the new assembly and then he came back out and installed it. I would use him again.

They were very good. I called them and they were in the area and were able to get me worked into the schedule the same day. They gave me the Angie's List special. They re keyed my lock.

Called James and was surprised to find out he didn't work on Saturdays but Sundays instead- A nice bonus since Saturdays are usually packed with sports activities and family events. Anyhow, just bought an older home and needed to change out the locks. James was very professional and arrived right on time. The patio sliders are not hurricane glass so the job of putting in the security pins was a delicate and arduous as to not to break the glass- it took him a bit but he did a great job. He then replaced the old front door handle sets, followed by the 2 digital deadbolts. After he finished up he rekeyed all the locks. In all it probably took him 4/5 hours to get the job done. While at our house he was very professional and respectful. I would use him again.

James arrived promptly at 9 am. He was very courteous and listened to what I wished to have done. After assesing the situation, James made several suggestions and gave me options. After a brief question and answer periiod by me, James proceeded to do the work agreed upon. I was very pleased with the results and the price. II was expecting to pay much more. Thank you James. I would heartily recommend using Magnifico Locksmith, you will not be dissappointed!

When I moved into my new house I was provided only 1 key that fit the front door only. I did not have a key to the 2 back doors or to the padlock on the garage door. Magnifico Lock company came out and re-keyed the front door, since I did not have a key to the two other doors he had to pick those locks and then re-keyed them to the same front door key. He also cut off the padlock on one of my garage doors so I could replace with my own. He was on time, super professional and got the job done quickly. Price was reasonable.

Very professional. Explained to me the pros and cons of getting one key for both doors. Seemed he was trying to save me money, which was nice, but I wanted the one key for both doors. He had to remove the type of unit I had on one of the doors, and explained to me what he would have to replace it with. When the mailbox key(s) did not work, he patiently discerned that what he needed was the mirror image of the key blank, which he did not have. He told me what to tell the locksmith when I go to a locksmith store. He was nice enough to allow me to vent about a bad contractor. Very nice, very informative, and patient.
