The smart lock on my front door got jammed and would not lock. I called James and he advised me he could fix the issue, but could not guarantee it would not happen again. He recommended that I get a different type of lock, which brand and was able to install my new lock that day. He was punctual, contentious and pleasant. I would definitely recommend.

James was very easily accessible. I needed to reinforce the locks in my house because I have kids under the age of 5. James was able to come to my property, access the current locks and recommend the best products to make my home kids safe. He came in for a free consultation and we were able to schedule the job within the next few days.

He promptly broke the lock. He really went above and beyond anything I expected when he fixed the problem with the shutter that had prevented it from closing properly and had caused me to use a different lock when hurricane Irma came in September. Tried hard and long to pick the lock and did not succeed. Finally, bypassed the lock to get access by unscrewing the back of the desk to remove a back panel. Then immobilized the lock.

James, the owner, explained to me that my old lock is hard to find now, and he did not have that brand with him. He gave me two options: installing a new lock with a new key or a key that would work for both, the AC closet and my entrance door. The old key would not work on the AC closet anymore, but the new one would work for both doors. I chose a second option. He finished the job quickly. I will use his services again.

James came out multiple times to try to install a difficult combination lock. The first time he advised us (free of charge) on the parts that we needed which we were able to order online. When the parts arrived he came out again and worked on installing the lock until he got it working perfectly. I had to leave home before he completed the work and he suggested to my wife that I could call him as late as 11 PM if I needed help in changing the combination. I did call him at about 9 PM and he responded immediately to my request for help. Dealing with James was a wonderful experience and I will definitely call on him for any other locksmith needs that I might have. I highly recommend this wonderful professional!

The mechanism inside the door broke and I was unable to exit/enter my front door. James came out and replaced the lock and he also tightened up the front door. I had to pretty much slam my door to close it. Now it's very smooth and it's like I have brand new front door.
