Mr. Magnifico is great. He was cordial on the phone. He was up front with his charges, which didn't change when he arrived. He did a wonderful job on all the locks. Mostly, he was just a nice guy and easy to work with.

James was prompt. When he came over, he explained in full detail what he was going to do and why it needed to be done. He was extremely courteous and professional the entire time. Excellent service, highly recommended!!!!

Mr. Magnifico himself answers the phone and came out to re-key my locks. That alone impressed me. He was very professional and prompt. Our appointment was scheduled for 1:30pm but the closing lasted longer than we expected. He was nice enough to wait for me to get to the house and provided superb and fast service. Will call him back again to install a deadbolt lock. Highly recommended.

First contact by e-mail and on the phone left a very good first impression: very professional, immediate return call/e-mail and accommodating in scheduling. James came to my house on time with all equipment necessary, understood quickly what my requests were and got the job done quickly with no mess. He came back immediately after I called him when a slight problem arose the following day with a key stuck in the lock. Went very well. Just the fact that he could have sold me new lock for over '$150, and instead recommended cleaning up and lubricating old lock - sold me. Honest, reliable and efficient. What more can you ask for. Highly recommend.

Called him up and he came right over within a few hours to replace the lock. Spent over an hour trying to get the lock off as it proved more difficult than he originally thought however did not deviate from his original price quote. After he was done he helped me reseat a few sliding glass doors. Will definitely use again for all future locksmith related issues.

work performed was excellent, the tech called to apologize that the job he was on was taking longer than anticipated and then called back when he was on the way. Not only was the guy very personable the work was done very neatly and he explained all facets of the job. He made a great suggestion for my patio door security installed the locks on the doors for a very fair price. I would recommend them for any locksmith work and will without a doubt use them again.

I had contacted James in the early afternoon. He said he could be at our house between 5 and 6 depending on his current job. He called and was at the house at 5pm. This was a very positive experience from start to finish. He re- keyed all the outside doors to my home to one key.Yeah! It is the first time in the 4 years we have lived here to have one key for all the outside doors. It just makes life so much easier for me. I have a very full key ring and now I do not to fumble for the right key for the right door anymore. I would highly recommend this company!

What a doll. He arrived in time. He noticed that when I had new tile put in the foyer they tiled over the area where the bottom lock for the front door goes. He made a hole to fix it. He was efficient and professional.

James was awesome! I had just closed on my house so of course the billing address was my current address not the new house. So my fault for not realizing - James went to the wrong place. He was super cool about the ditzy move and came to the new place in record time. He checked out the doors - was very upfront about the pricing for the job and went about his work. He was really cool about answering my questions about locks and door and if I had the right doors. He did not try to upsell me on additional items or try to convince me to let him do any of the items that I asked about - he told me that it would be cheaper to buy the materials myself and if I need assistance to give him a call - which I will!
