i bought the special for service call and 10% off parts. i was able to make appointment immediately. he arrived on time, very professional and courteous. he inspected the lock, told me the problem and fixed it. i would recommend and use them again.

A+, A+ & A+!!!! James is AMAZING! I called him, sent him pictures of my locks (so he could match color & style) and he was at my house within 2 hours. He changed every lock in my house, added 6 more and added extra security features. He was courteous, polite and very helpful. I had a lot of service people in and out of my house and James worked around them. He stayed at my house until the job was done and that was 10pm. With a smile on his face the entire time. He was very neat, used a drop cloth and cleaned up after himself. When he summited me the bill I was surprised at how low it was for how much he had done. The quality of work he did was SUPERIOR! The quality of the locks he used were superior as well. James is an excellent locksmith and a wonderful person. He cares about people. He has values and takes pride in his work.

James was very responsive from the beginning. He made the date and time I needed work in his schedule. He even told me about the deal here on Angie's list so I could save some money. He showed up on time and was very pleasant. Once he had complete the work he let me know I overpaid and offered additional services or a refund. I opted for the refund and he is sending a check. He is very honest. He could have just kept my money. His integrity makes him a service provider I would recommend to others and use again.

Coulnd't have gone better. Answered my call first thing in the AM. MAde appointment for same day repair - worked around my schedule. Actually arrived early - only after calling to see if that was okay. Took the lock apart with me there - showed me the problem. Repaired it - did not attempt to sell me a new lock. Made sure everythig worked. I was shocked at how inexpensive it was. Incredibly nice guy. Would use him again without any questions.

Service was excellent. James explained what the costs would be over the phone and was able to do the work the same day! He made my old lock work like new and the new deadbolt looks and works terrific. I would highly recommend Magnifico for all of your locksmith needs.

It went so good, when he was all done he helped me re-code my garage door so that nobody could get in from the outside. He was very nice and didn't charge for the extra services I was very pleased with the service, I would recommend him to anybody.

The gentleman was very courteous on the phone and open with the actual pricing and mentioned several of the deals that were offered through Angie's List making it suitable for my specific needs. Even though I was a decent distance away from him he scheduled my service call immediately and the job was completed in less that 90 minutes. I could have gotten someone closer but after calling several other places earlier I decided to go with someone that did not try to play games with the pricing or leave too much in question.

Jim called me immediately when I sent a message that I needed help. We discussed the problem on the phone. He did give me two alternate times to schedule w/ him but suggested I check and lubricate the lock itself on my own. He held on the phone with me and the lock worked. He then gave me further instructions for in the future. I really appreciate his professionalism. Yes, it saved me money, but more than that it saved me TIME. So I will always contact him when I need again.
