I gave initial wrong phone number so took longer but that was my fault. After providing right number they were able to show up the next day and fix my broken lock as well as helping to fix our warped door as an extra bonus. Everything works well now and they spent over an hour making sure everything was all right. My wife there was very happy with their work and attitude.

Not much more to say. Lock mechanism was broken and I was told after the assessment to go to Home Depot and try to get new entire hardware to replace what I have.

This was one of the best service calls of any kind I've ever had. Magnifico was fantastic in all respects. The service was prompt, professional, and very well done. Three locks were re-keyed and general maintenance of the doors was done. The price was lower than I expected and worth every penny. I highly recommend Magnifico Locksmiths and would not hesitate to call them again.

I bought a big deal for this service and he was great. He came when he said he was going to come and except for one case had all of the equipment with him. I ended up spending more than the big deal price because the locks were expensive. I was really pleased because I looked at the best door locks on Consumer Reports and I called a few locksmiths. They told me certain locks were okay but they had others just as good. When I called this guy he told me it was a good lock and that he carried it. He said he had it on his home. He did not try to talk me out of something and did not try to talk me up. The $29 big deal price was the labor charge. The second time he came out he did not charge me an additional labor charge because he said it was all included in that. He made all of the keys match on all of the doors. He was very good and was driving quite a distance to get here, maybe 30 or 40 miles. He never hesitated because he had to come back and told me he would be here promptly. I looked up how much it would cost me to buy the locks and he charged me the same price. He took a few work related phone calls while we were in the middle of talking and I thought that was a little odd. He was very clean, spread tarp and had a little broom and dustpan. You could not tell any work was done even though he was dealing with metal filings and things like that.

I had recently purchased a new house and forgot to change my address on Angie's list. This was my mistake as I had purchased a package on angie's list and forgot the vendor would get the address from them. They were on time, but at the wrong address. Oops! Anyway, he was nice about it and came to my house shortly after. He did the work quickly and since I was short 1 lock of the package I purchased he gave me some old lock parts to replace some jams I had with the doors. Note, the re-key package includes re-keying only. While he will shave and help smooth the opening and closing, he will not repair broken lock mechanism. That's fair enough as that's not in the deal, just make sure you're aware that extra work is obviously extra. Good guy, I'd hire him again.
