Herb Priest, owner, said that he would raise the toilet with spacers, and install a new gasket. He also replaced the guts of the toilet. Placed new grout around the base. Two days later I noted more urine and after much hesitation, called Herb and he assured me he guarantees his work and would return if necessary. An hour later I called back, after having sat on the toilet, thinking well, it just could human accident. Now, five days later some smell has returned but I think Herb succeeded in correcting the plumbing problem. Certainly I'll call him back should I think his workmanship requires adjustment.

Professional from very first contact, phoned promptly, arrived promptly, did exactly what we asked them to do, diagnosed the problem areas, provided excellent advice, made the necessary repairs promptly and efficiently for a fair price. What more could a customer ask for. HP is our go to plumbing contractor from now on.

Purchased 90 mins labor deal for $125. Two plumbers had the job done in about an hour (120 mins labor) but they didn't charge me for the extra time. Completely unexpected from a plumber, and certainly appreciated!! Left the bathroom cleaner than they found it, too!!

The service was very, very good. I called him a week in advance and asked him if he would be able to come on a certain date and he said that he can come the next day, so I accommodated that, and he didn’t show up on the day he was supposed to come. I called him again he said he wasn’t feeling good. I told him that he should have called me to let me know because I had made arrangements, so he felt bad and he came anyway. While he was there he had to leave and get somebody else to help him because he wasn’t feeling well. But at the end of the day he did a fantastic job.

He was very good at what he did and excellent service. The faucet was completed changed with a new one and it no longer leaks. I am able to use the hose without it creating a large pool of water.

Plumber is very prompt. He went right to work on the toilet. I paid $39 for a service call through Angies List. I had purchased the inside parts from Home Depot, but he did want to use his own supplies. The total repair took about a hour and the toilet is no longer running. I think his price was fair and his service was excellent. I would use again.
