I have use them from the past, they did a great job and that is why I use them again. They were very prompt, did the work very well and they were neat. Again they did a great job.

Herb was very responsive to my request thru Angie's list, came over the same day and was able to fix what we needed that day. Very professional and quality work.

Herb arrived on time and worked very clean and efficiently. He is a gentleman and very professional. We could not be happier with his work. He is definitely our new plumber, and should be your's too!!! Our grade for him is A++.

I was living outside the area and had my home rented out. My tenant told me he was quick and professional. I priced him fair because it was over $400 for just under 2 hours and I'm just getting used to the fact that most jobs are now priced per fixture. I understand a minimum charge to show up and make the trip worth the effort and ensure some profit, which I definitely respect, but I was sorta expect a declining scale after the first $200-300. That said, I can find value in the quality based on his responsiveness and the fact there are no complaints or issues with the work. I would hire again.

We discovered Herb here on Angies List 2 or 3 years ago and are very glad that we did. He has done a few small jobs for us and also some repairs for my daughter when she moved into her new home. Every time we have called in Herb he has always done everything that he said he would do in a highly professional way. He also always arrives when he says he will which is a huge plus when you also have your own busy work schedule. He is also a real gentleman. This time we asked Herb to take care of all of the plumbing work for our bathroom remodel. As always, the work was perfectly executed and fairly priced. He worked with our other contractor, arriving exactly when needed and never holding up the job. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Herb for any plumbing work be it large or small.

Very professional and courteous Herb works very neatly and really did an impeccable job He is definitely a master in plumbing Went above and beyond ....customer satisfaction oriented Didn’t want to ask for 5% discount ,was so happy and relieved to see the quality of the end result ! I have had Herb come out a few times to repair toilets, sinks and today to replace a garbage disposal. He shows up on time, does quick good work and has very reasonable prices. I would recommend HP Plumbing.

It cleared with the snake but I was charged $61.

Repairs were made quickly and everything is working fine . He came when he said he would.

Very well! It was in an awkward position in a narrow hall, on a raised platform with very little 'elbow room' in which to work. Mr. Priest took it in his stride, set about to drain the old one, install the new one, and I couldn't be more pleased with his work. He was on time, tidy, and very knowledgeable.

Didnt go well. This is a very unprofessional group that cant make appointments on time then because they were running late made an excuse that the job was to complicated for them. The job was merely to install a new faucet in a roman tub. The wall was already open for them. Total waste of time. Another plumber came out and did it in less than an hour.

Herb is no nonsense and straight to the point. He is a self-employed master plumber and solved our water heater problem. After diagnosing the situation, he was going to put us first and try to repair the heater, but after thinking about it, we decided to just replace this aging tank. The price was as good or better than the other bids, but I could tell this guy was honest and easy going, which is important too. Good job!

Perfectly he set up time with my tenant and it was easy to communicate with Herbert even though I am overseas right now. He even fixed a faucet handle that was broken for me while he was there!! So happy with the work I referred someone already to him via Facebook. Would definitely use again.

I purchased his offer from Angieslist for $39 Day after I call him he made a appointment , he never show up he never call I call later on after his appointment time he said I need a reschedule for next day I said ok and he never show up again Finally he show up after 3 th appointment , and he said he need to bring more tolls and need to reschedule , I said ok , but he never come back or reschedule or he never answer my voice mail , I do not recommend to anyone , I call angieslist costumers service they refund the amount I paid

We called on a Sunday morning and Herb was at our house within a couple hours. He completed the work on a Sunday and was very professional and courteous.

Our water heater appeared to be leaking. Called HP Plumbing and requested it to replaced. Mr. Priest was able to come the next morning and changed out the heater. Later that day we noticed the heater was still leaking so we called the office and Mr. Priest returned shortly - turned out it was our refrigerator on the other side of the wall that was leaking. He very kindly repaired that for us and it was all fine and efficient and it was okay because the water heater was ancient and would have needed to have been replaced soon anyway.

Mr. Priest was professional, efficient, and did a very good job.
