I was very happy with them, even though I did have problems with it. I felt I should have been a little more aware of what was going on underneath my sink, but that was on me. He came and fixed it to my satisfaction, so I have not problems with that. They were going to be late, but they called me and told me they were late, so they didn't waste my time, and I appreciate that. They were only fifteen minutes late. Very professional. Stands behind his work, and will repair something if it's not done correctly the first time. The owner came, so I enjoyed that. It was good.

They are awesome. They are really responsive. Whenever I put in an order on Angie's List, they always call me the next day. They are really very good. I can see why they have such high ratings. Everybody they have sent has been really nice.

Herbert Priest responded as soon as possible to a leakage beneath our counter. Next, he said that it was the water heater. It was a Saturday afternoon. He said he'd start the work immediately but I thought that I could wait. Later, he convinced me that he could have it done by Sunday and the amount of work that he put into the effort, considering the location of the water heater, still amazes me. This was both professionalism and stick-to-it-ness that I highly respected Herb should always be given the opportunity to service your plumbing needs because of the work ethic he provides.

Much quicker than expected, looks clean and works perfectly! Our contractor, Garin, was punctual, friendly, and professional. He worked diligently and was committed to doing really good work. I felt that the work provided was very honest and plan to ask HP Plumbing to do more work in my home.

Great! Two very nice gentlemen performed the work...very professional.

The plumber showed up late not once, but twice. He admitted he forgot about the second appointment and due to this my husband was unable to go to his nighttime job. He appeared unprofessional multiple times and never completed the job. We hired another company which solved the problem in one visit under an hour. I am extremely disappointed that we wasted over 500 dollars (and they did not give us the 5 percent off as promised on Angie's List). I called them prior to posting this review- to no resolution. Do not hire this company.

They did a good job. I paid $25 for parts. They did a fine job. I would remember if they hadn't come on time. With this deal, pricing was fine.

Third time this class meant has helped with plumbing problems. Each service call was excellent from all criteria.
