Herb installed the outside faucet with no problems. I had asked him during the initial phone call if he could install a very expensive kitchen faucet that I had in a prior home for an additional price. Not only was the price great, but he had to spend more time than he estimated to clean out the faucet and replace parts in the set due to mineral buildup from the water where I had previously lived. He had an appointment for later in the day and needed a part, but came back later in the day to finish the job. Not only was he extremely talented, but he was very professional and I would give him an A++ if it were available. I have some reconstruction coming up and would not call anyone else for the job. He was great!!

He did a nice job and it's great to have that faucet working without the backflow preventer spraying all over. The one thing I wondered but failed to ask was whether what I contracted for through an Angies List special (i.e. replace the faucet) was what needed to be done. Something he said made me wonder if all I needed was to replace the backflow preventer (which I couldn't get off on previous attempts). That said, he gave some advice on other issues (water hammer) that could save me money. He also took a look at a problem I had with the refrigerator to make sure the leaking water was not from a plumbing leak.

Herb is excellent. He was punctual, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. He did a fantastic job and I am very pleased. I will undoubtedly recommend him to friends, family and colleagues, as well as use him for future plumbing jobs. Thank you!

Herb arrived on time and was very professional. He went straight to work and corrected a problem we were having with the toliet in the master bedroom. After finishing the project he asked if we had any other concerns or issues with the plumbing in our townhouse. We were very satisfied with the service that was provided and will not hesitate to recommend him to our neighbors and friends.

It turned out okay but I would not recommend them. I had asked them to look at something else while they was there to tighten something and he wanted to charge me $125.00 to tighten a nut. I thought that was a little bit high and then he left and then he called back and said he would tighten it. He came back and tightened it. He said it was a service charge and I felt that why would he charge me if he was there already.

I purchased the deal and was expecting the listed services to be carried out. He did not clean the rim flush holes, did not adjust the tank level, and did not do a home plumbing inspection. I told him that the toilet was running slow and he offered to snake it for $125. That is on top of the $39 already paid for the service. He did snake the bowl and find two non-degradable wipes and that seemed to correct the issue. I feel that charging $125 for snaking a toilet while he was already here for a service was very excessive. He was punctual, polite and pleasant - but I really feel he took advantage of the situation and overcharged me for 90 seconds of work. I mentioned that the upcharge was very high and he completely avoided responding. He should have snaked the bowl free of charge as a courtesy - $125 borders on predatory behavior. And he did not do all the services listed in the deal. Based on that, I would not use him again.

Herb showed up on time. Was clearly very experienced. I had problems with my hot water and expected to have to replace the whole unit. Instead, of selling me a whole new one, Herb looked at it and realized that one of the electrical heaters had broken. He only had to replace those, saving me a lot of money. I was appreciative and impressed with his honesty and professionalism. He had to come back to fix patio tap because he didn't have the part. Again, he was on time. Helped me figure out where my main turn-off valve was, and did a great job. I am completely satisfied, would recommend Herb to anyone who needed plumbing services. And plan to call him again when I redo my bathroom and kitchen, or any time I have a plumbing issue. I give him an A+.

Herbert showed up on time, He took his time to listen and really check what the problem could be. He is from the old school and is extremely professional, he wasn't one of these guys that are just interested in getting the money and running in 5 minutes, He took time to explain what the problem could be. HOORAY!!!! My toilet has not made one sound since Herbert was here!! He's just great, and I will get him again.

Big job, he completed it in two days, he was very clean throughout the project. Had to dig a trench, remove a row of pavers, install pvc pipe, new pipes from the washer as well. The shower drain: I had 2 other plumbers come in to look at it and both said the tiles had to be all removed and a trench need to be dug in my bathroom so they could fix the pipe. Herb came in, calmly assessed the situation, took his time to do what he had to do and the result: a well draining shower without any destruction. This was done over 6 months ago. He also noticed that my toilet was running, I said that I had 2 plumbers work on it and it runs after a week or two. Five minutes later toilet is fixed and that was also 6 months ago. He price is fair and competitive.
