Service was excellent! They were professional, prompt and cleaned up after project was done. They even hauled away my old toilet! I was very happy with their work and would highly recommend HP Plumbing Services.

He did a great job for the task hired for. However, wanted some estimates on other work and he never got back to me.

Arrived on time and went to work right away.Took the toilet apart till he found the problem. Fixed it.

Perfect - Herb knew exactly what to do and did so expertly and efficiently. He cleaned up both work areas, like no-one had even been there. A consummate professional! If I ever have need for a plumber in the future, HP Plumbing will be my first choice!

He called me up to make the appointment so that's good. Two days later, he called me again to make an appointment, I said, we already made one. He says, oh really? He says, okay, fine see you then. Appointment day came and he said he'd be here at whatever time it was, half an hour later, if he didn't call, with him, I just called the gates, I said, don't admit him. He called me later on, about a week later and I said, I cancelled it and requested a refund. He didn't know what was going on in his own business and he didn't show up on time. I didn't know if he showed up.

Arrived on schedule, and was actually a few minutes early. Fixed the problem and answered all my questions. Very professional and would highly recommend his services.

Herb arrived at the time we scheduled. He was very professional and respectful. He explained the problem and answered the questions I asked him. I would use him again for any other plumbing issues that come up.

Herb arrived in time , removed the old , badly dripping Faucet in Patio and replaced it with a brand new one.Excellent workmanship and I am very happy to be able to use my garden watering hose without having a flood on the Patio floor. Should have done it much sooner because for the price - you cannot beat the result !

No problems. Since the work was outside I didn't have to hang around the house. The new faucet seems fine and the leak has stopped.

He did a great job, was quick and on time. Herb was able to fix the toilet while I have had it "fixed" twice before for the same problem, but the other 2 times did not last, but a few days. Now it's working like new. Very happy. Will use him again and have already recommended him.

This provider is terrible and didn't fix the problem. AI want my $39.00 BACK

It was fine. He charged more than the "Big Deal" I purchased. He's okay. Their price was fine.

I wound up paying $150 more for some work he did and wound up one of my faucets got broken and I had to replace it. When he came in, he crossed his arms and he said, well what do you think this visit is? I said I know it's $39 that was your visit and $59 for work that you may do. He said yeah, because most people don't understand it. They think I just come here and the work is free.

He wasn't able to fix the spigot and told me to contact the previous owner. I did, who was able to fix the problem, but Ryan Plumbing never called me back.

He arrived right on time and made repairs in a professional way. Solved all the problems that I had. Very pleased!!!

Hew communicated well through e-mail to coordinate date of service and time. called prior to showing up. Worked independently to fix the problem. Altered me to additional cost due to pipe replacement, and was quick, clean, and professional.
