I was delighted with the services that I got from this company. HP plumbing staff were very courteous and prompt. They were very respectful of my home on a rainy day. Everything was explained to me and I had the option as to whether to proceed. I was very pleased with their service and will use them again In the future when I have my next plumbing issue. I highly recommend HP plumbing.

The faucet/waste disposal installations went like clockwork. Very professional, pleasant and explained what/how he would do the work. Approx cost 200. The garden water line was a repeat performance. Good communication about arrival time, where I wanted the water line positioned when he arrived and a thorough job. Approx cost 200. I called Herb when I discovered the collapsed sink the next morning. The earliest he could get to me with existing commitments was that afternoon. He worked for almost 4 hours to get our kitchen sink reinstalled...and properly this time. The previous owners probably did it themselves. This included herb shopping for things including the wood he needed to insure the sink would be secure for a long time to come. He was amazing to watch as he sculpted the wood to fit under the sink and support it.Approx cost 400. I am happy with the quality of work, the overall experience and price I paid for each of these three service calls. A rare find these days....a craftsman that really wants to do the best job he can.

I had a new facet installed in October. Herbert Priest is the plumber. 2 weeks later he came back to install the garbage disposal. He stated I needed a brace for the facet he said that he could custom make a brace. I said that is expensive and I am not going to do that. I did not have the style number because he took the box and disposed of it. He then told me to take a picture of the facet and send it to him. I did that. Then he called and said he had a brace and wanted to charge me an additional $100 when I over paid a total of $75. The Big Deal was for $39.99 and he charged me $75 which is an over charge. I called the manufacturer they told me the stock number was on the cold water line. They sent the brace to me for free it's under warranty. He should install the brace at no charge.

Neatest, nicest plumber I have ever had.

Had an exterior faucet that was painted on and I couldn't replace without busting the pipe. Herb came out the next morning and fixed it. Price was fair, he was courteous, quick, professional.

I purchased the three hour deal for $125.00. I needed my sewer line cleaned. Herb and his assistant were out the following day. They worked until they found the problem and fixed it. I have used Herb previously to repair a kitchen faucet and bathroom toilet. I have never had a problem after he fixes something. His prices are great too.

This man could not have been more courteous and polite. He also did a bit more then scheduled. He was right on time as well. This is the kind of plumber that is hard to find. They are not making them like this any more. I cannot recommend his high enough!!!!!

It went okay. He had to have a new one put in and unfortunately, he didn't have that on the truck so he had to go some place to go get it and came back and it ended up being pretty expensive which I thought was actually not that big of a deal. It was just replacing a core. I've done it myself when I was younger. I wouldn't use him again for a plumbing situation. They did a good job so that was fine. The biggest problem I had was the cost. He did a good job and did what he was supposed to do, I just had a problem with the cost.

I paid $350 for the install. I bought the hot water heater myself. He did great, was very meticulous and did a good job.

I bought the $39 toilet tune up as my toilet was running. Service was first class. Did everything that was advertised for the price advertised. Herb contacted me via email well in advance to confirm appointment and arrived right on time. A really nice guy explaining everything that he did. I will certainly be using Herb for any future plumbing requirements.

We had a bit of confusion with the company at first because Angie's List sent me an email with a promotion the company was running but we found out the company was no longer running this special. After we ironed out that hiccup it was easy to work out for H.P. to come to the house and still perform the services my family needed without breaking the bank. Thanks H.P. Plumbing.

Professional service. The old hose bib had the electrical ground attached to it, but the old ground attachment bolts were very rusty and really not reusable. HP attached it temporarily, and then returned at a later date to install a brand new ground attachment.

The plumber was very frustrated during the installation process and tried to blame me for his inability to install the sink without Leaking. He threatened to walk off the job and I reminded him that he installed the sink on the previous first visit. He later remembered that fact and apologized for his unprofessionalism he even offered to do my next service call for free. Very stressful situation.

Herb is a Master Plumber, polite, professional, completely competent, honest, efficient, and 'does it right the first time. " I am so appreciative of the outstanding quality work done. I had contracted him for the outdoor plumbing only; but after that work was completed, I was so impressed, that I called him for the toilet repair which he did quickly and correctly. I most highly recommend HP PLUMBING services; and will definitely use this company again if/when needed. Thank you.

Bought 2 hours of labor for $99 and only used one for a leaky drain and they fixed it in one hour. Company is allowing a one hour credit which will be applied to the next job that I contracted them for! Great job!

They did a great job. I would definitely recommend him to anybody which I already have. He was very punctual. He did everything that he said. I had him do my water heater in September like on the labor day weekend. I had him out two days ago to fix a drain in my bath tub and he did a great job. I found him through Angie's List. He fixed my outdoor valve that closes on and off.

It was fine. He really couldn't do anything with my toilet and had some issues with it but he was congenial enough and everything went fine.
