Description of Work: Sam has worked at my house at least three times. He is by far the best and most dependable handy man I have encountered. Sam works hard, is honest and will suggest less expensive ways to do things when feasible. |In October 2015 Sam replaced two mini blinds, installed new linoleum in the guest bathroom, and washed down and painted all walls in the house and garage. Sam worked hard and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Sam for anyone who needs a handy man.

Description of Work: Sam gave me a very fair estimate, but my son in law who is a contractor decided he had time to do the remodeling. Sam was very courteous in person and on the phone. I plan to use him in the future if he is willing to work for me.

He has always done high quality work and has always been very good about communicating and following up with me on the status of each jobk. I trust him completely and have recommended him to others. From the smallest job to the largest, he has prepared ahead of time in doing the work I needed done. He asks questions and offers suggestions so that he fully understands what work needs to be done and how he will do it. He is punctual and very professional. and I will continue to highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Sam has done several types of work for my home from replacing tile and wood flooring, replacing all my interior doors, replacing electrical wall plug-ins, adding a ceiling fan, adding exterior shutters, to completely replacing my master bathroom.
