He did a great job! He pointed out that the light fixture seemed a bit crooked but after pivoting it a bit it looks better. He put a new porch light out back and I'll have to see what he can do when he comes back. I've had 3 lights out there and they work briefly then stop.

Sam came out two different times. Each time the work was done efficiently. Sam is very good at communicating with the homeowner making sure that he is doing exactly what you want. He also informs you of any hazards that might turn up in the job he's working on and discusses how you, the homeowner, wants to deal with it. I find Sam very easy to work with. He also picks up only the materials needed for the job. His rates are very reasonable. I will be hiring Sam again in the future.

I called him twice, after seeing his great ratings and glowing reviews on Angie's List. The first time I left a message, briefly describing the work we were interested in hiring him to do and asking to call us back and let us know if he would do the job. He never responded. Today I called back and got his phone machine once again but it was not taking messages. Update 5/18/2015 As of today -- two weeks later -- still no call back. Although I have indicated that I would not use him, I want to be clear that that judgment is based on his non-responsiveness and not on any evaluation of his work.

If you want great quality work done then this is the company to go with. Far exceeded my expectations. Very prompt, great communication and a very hard worker. Samer takes great pride in his customers and his work. I have him scheduled to come out for another project in about a week or so. I can not say enough about his work ethic and attention to detail. He did not miss a beat when my 7 year old asked him how the nail gun works. He took the time to explain to her and show her how he does it. Great company.

Samer did a great job. His work is of high quality, and he listens closely to what you want to have done. He pays close attention to detail and will involve you in discussions related to possible challenges he meets when doing the work. For example, my master bath had a wall with an unusual angle to it...not a 45 degree angle like most. He brought to my attention some concerns on how to make the tiles meet at the juncture, and made suggestions on how to make the tile lines match up. He did an amazing job and I am very pleased with the outcome. Over the summer he built a privacy fence that required some significant work to install. It required him to build the fence on an angled hillside, and it came out great. I would highly recommend his work to anyone and can say that I completely trust him in my home.

Great! You wouldn't be able to pick out the pieces of baseboard replaced or the part of the doors refinished. He was on time, listened, and explained everything he was going to do.
