Overall, it was a very positive experience. Moving is stressfull. Jason & Justin made it much less so. They worked hard and had very positive, upbeat attitudes.

They did a good job and I chose them because they were a local company and were willing to do a small moving project for me. They skillfully moved some big items around some sharp corners and I will use them again in the future.

After several cross country and local moves, we have never experienced a move executed this professionally. The level of service received would make one believe we were moving an estate instead of about a dozen items of furniture and accessories. Movers were professional and friendly, arrived on time for pickup and delivery. Owner of the company followed up to check on our satisfaction with their services and later sent a card thanking us for our business. An exceptional experience. I am very stingy handing out "A"s in ratings but these folks definitely earned them. We will definitely contact LOL Movers for our next move.

LOL was referred to us by the U-Haul dealer when we contemplated performing the move ourselves. We worked with Karen and with their standard questions, she quoted what the move would cost and we were able to schedule to accommodate our short timeframe. The move went extremely well for the exact price we were quoted. We had furniture in our condo as well as a storage unit on the 3rd floor of the storage facility. Jason, Patrick and Brent did a great job of working with our large furniture to pack it all on the truck with care and deliver it to our house in good condition. All three of them were very professional and pleasant to work with.

My original phone call was returned within a few minutes. We discussed the basics of what needed to be done and the schedule to get it done. Within a couple hours they e-mailed me an estimate and we arranged for the move to be made. They also made me aware that the services would need to be paid for in cash upon arrival at the storage unit. From the time I called them, until the move was made was about a 7 days and that worked fine with my schedule. They arrived at the pick-up point a few minutes early and even called to make sure that that was ok. The notified us of the time they would arrive at the storage unit so we could meet them and they were on time. No problems with the move were noted. Everything went well.

I found this company through Angie's List and decided to give them a call since we were moving into Land O' Lakes from Tampa. From my first contact to the last they were extremely organized and professional. From quoting, scheduling, the actual move, and the follow up call from Rene the owner. I was extremely impressed with everyone I worked with at LOL. The movers arrived on time, were professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with all around. They did an amazing job moving our furniture and were very thoughtful about placement of every single thing they moved into my home. I will happily recommend LOL to anyone I know moving in the future. Thank you to Tim and the guys for making our move feel so much less stressful than any other move I have ever made!

This was truly an easy move, with professional movers, and up to date equipment. Everything came through in excellent condition, including walls and floors. The three gentlemen who did the work were delightful, even making an effort to kid with one 10 year old, who was feeling a bit intimidated by the move. I'm very impressed with Land o Lakes Transport & Moving, they hold themselves to high standards, and it shows.

We were extremely satisfied with the packing and moving services from LOL Moving. The gentlemen were very professional and pleasant. We moved from a (very full, completely un-packed) apartment into a house. They wrapped & packed every item so carefully but quickly - my salt shakers transported like museum artifacts! It took all morning to pack & load (about 4 or 5 hours), then only about 3 hours to unload. One of the men strapped an entire chest-of-drawers (full of clothes) to his back, carried a table in his arms, and went down 3 flights of stairs with no problem - incredible. The only items they are not able to pack (for safety sake) are liquids, which we forgot about, so do make arrangements to pack & transport your own cleansers, liquid toiletries, etc. * A update / reminder I forgot to previously for hiring any mover: items in drawers (dressers, desks, file cabinets) are left in the drawers and are shrink-wrapped closed. In transport, the contents were shaken and some items piled up, jamming some of the drawers shut (we got them open again, no worries). We recommend securing all small desk items & hanging files in file cabinets yourself. This is not a negative reflection on LOL - we just didn't think about desk drawers before moving! Just a moving tip :) They came out a week prior to do an estimate, and when complete, our bill was $30 less than the estimate. And a week later, we received a check because the final bill had a minor error in it!! Needless to say, they are an extremely honest and ethical company. We would absolutely hire LOL Moving again - but given that we're first time homebuyers, I certainly hope it's not any time soon! If you hire them for packing & moving, you will not be disappointed.

From the first point of communication (Karen- office manager) to the last (the business owner), the experience was SUPERB! I thought no one would be interested in such a small job, but they were eager to help and scheduled the "move" for the next day. Karen gave me a 2 hour window for expected arrival and said they would call when they were about 30 minutes out. They did just that. Mike and Brent arrived on time and were professional, courteous and careful. I was so happy with the experience and was surprised when the owner made a personal phone call to follow up, ensuring everything went well. That is customer service that I haven't experienced in a long time. If you have an upcoming move, be it far... or from one side of the room to the other, call them. You will not be disappointed!

I highly recommend LOL. Their workers were professional, on-time and took excellent care of my furniture and belongings. They worked hard and even came in under their original estimate. I plan on using them again if I move again.

We have no complaints. There were no surprises. Everybody involved in the move (starting with Karen in the office) was responsive and helpful. We would definitely use this company in the future though we are hoping that we won't be moving for a long time. We highly recommend them.

other than being a little late because of previous move taking longer, absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Great job!

After we secured moving services from LOL they advised they would contact us a half hour before their arrival. They called at 11am & arrived around 11:30am. They were done loading the truck within 2 1/2 hrs and unloaded everything to our new home by 4:30pm or so. Our quote was $485.00 and we ended up with a total of $560.00 Because we had extra boxes and some gym equipment that was not applied on the original quote. Overall the experience was great and minimized the stress of moving. The movers were polite and efficient.

It went very well....they arrived on time, understood what I needed and they worked very hard to get it all done.

I highly recommend this moving company. We got quotes from 4 companies and I knew this was the one we needed to go with (not the lowest quote..was in line with the others though we had one low ball). Karen, in the office, was our first contact and was very responsive, professional and answered all of our questions/concerns. Over the phone, we described what we had and she emailed us an estimate. About a week later, we realized we had forgotten some items, so she was happy to revise the estimate. We really wanted a flat rate quote (since we, too, had heard horror stories about moving companies) and she arranged to have the owner, Wes, come to our house and do just that. (One of the movers we got a quote from had forgotten to come for the quote...he did come after a reminder but that was a red flag, for sure). After meeting Wes and having him confirm the estimate as a flat rate quote, I knew we had found our mover! Wes and one of his employees, Chile, did the physical move. They were amazing. There was a tropical depression so they were dealing with an occasional down pour. We had rude and uncooperative tree trimmers to deal with at the house I was moving out of but Wes and Chile kept doing their work in a professional manner. They protected all of my furniture (though most of it was at least 11 years old and had scratches, defects from normal wear and tear). As mentioned, they had to move some of the stuff into a second floor apartment. After that, they had to unload at the storage area. In the middle of the move at the storage area, I heard a female voice asking Wes if she could "borrow his muscles". Apparently, she had just sold appliances out of her storage unit and the buyer couldn't load the items into his pick-up alone. Wes gladly went over and helped the guy (this was about 6 hours into my move!). That's the behavior of these movers. Oh and yes, it was 90 degrees, too. They must have eaten in the truck on the drive from one location to another. They never took a break all day and maintained a great attitude. It was amazing and somewhat humbling to watch these 2 men work so hard all day. I guess I don't have to include that we will be calling them again for our next move.

They arrived early - did an excellent job with the move - no damage. Price a approx 25% high compared to competitive bids

I needed a heavy hutch moved from against a wall into the middle of the room, as I was having wallpaper removed from my dining room. I had hoped the wallpaper men could move the hutch, but it was too heavy, so I made a panicked phone call to LOL Transport. They were extremely helpful and courteous, and had a crew of two men here by late morning to move the hutch. The wallpaper is down, the walls have been painted, and a crew from LOL is scheduled to return soon to move the hutch back against the wall.
