LOL Transit and Moving Company's services were wonderful. Three men came on time, worked through lunch and never took breaks, as the price quoted was based on time and not on distance nor weight. Each man was courteous with one instructing a trainee who went over and above to please. All were very professional. All furniture was wrapped in moving pads as were doorways! I highly recommend this company to anyone with moving needs.

I had been in my current location for 17 years and was so concerned about making the move. After 17 years you have a lot to move but LOL Movers made it so easy. I am a Senior Move Manager and owner of A Stress-Less Transition, LLC. As a 'one woman show', it is extremely important that I connect clients with properly licensed and insured companies. LOL Transport & Moving, Inc is a company I've recommended to numerous clients. Their crews arrive promptly, wearing uniformed shirts. Each truck is supplied with all the tools and equipment to address whatever situation arises. (i.e. ramp, floor covers, hand tools to disassemble/reassemble, etc.) The crews are appreciative of the pre-move organization (furniture and furnishings identified, floor plan for new location, preference for what should be offloaded first, etc.) and are respectful of my clients, their belongings and neighbors. Scheduling was easy and the crew showed up on time. They worked hard but were bad packers. Rep said our load should have amounted to 3/4 of a truck. They could not get it all on and we ended up having to rent a UHaul the next day to get in what LOL could not fit on truck. They did not have enough furniture pads, did not use the pads they had effectively and some of our furniture got minor dings. If I were moving prepacked boxes or an office I might use them...but would not hire them again to move my personal household.

Extremely well. The team got to the house punctually. We did a walk thru and discussed what was getting moved. The three guys did a fantastic job!!!! Upon delivery, we did another walk thru at the new home and discussed what was going where. Everything was done how it needed to be done. Great Job!!!

From the beginning, Karen in the front office was very pleasant, warm, and helpful with getting an accurate estimate. Sam came out on our schedule to make sure our final cost wouldn't exceed our estimate. Communication was excellent as the office emailed me updates and called to confirm move and storage dates. On the day of the move, Jack, Trent, and Rich showed up as scheduled and moved everything with ease. Fragile items were padded and moved carefully and the crew took direction well. The guys were personable and obviously skilled at their profession. The unload was of course even easier. The same crew came out and made sure everything was to our liking and reassembled correctly. There were no damaged or missing items! Renee, the owner, even made sure the previously discussed discounts and rates matched the final bill before payment was collected. I'm a very organized and meticulous person and would highly recommend this company for any move or moving service.

The move went great. The movers moved very quickly and efficiently, and took great care to pad all of the furniture; there was no damage when they were done. They were professional, courteous and accommodating. The move was reasonably priced, including a Sr. discount, and their charges were very reasonable. An accurate estimate was provided by the office, and close to what we ended up paying. There were no hidden fees tacked on afterwards. Communication was excellent. They showed up in the timeframe that they had quoted, and were also done in the timeframe they'd estimated. Karen (in office), JD and Joe (movers) were all GREAT. We would definitely recommend them AND would hire them again.

I compared three moving companies and LOL was significantly less for the exact same service. The two movers were prompt, courteous and professional. Not one thing that was moved was damaged. They took everything apart and put back together at new location. At any point when clarification was needed, they asked and then followed through. I would not only hire again, I would highly recommend this company. Jack and JD were terrific...:)

Seamlessly!! I've never had a more positive moving experience.

They were there right on time each day we had them scheduled. Karen from the office called to confirm the times the afternoon before. Moving is stressful and any company that can help ease the burden is definitely worth the money. This is the second time I have hired LOL movers and I would recommend them to anyone that asks. The guys they send care about doing a good job for you and they work their hardest for you. Couldn't ask for more.

Overall, I think the company did a very good job, but not excellent. I am hesitant to recommend them to friends without me first addressing the problems I personally incurred. I don't normally like to receive phone quotations, but I think Karen did a great job and was very pleasant and very responsive. She called to confirm details exactly when she said she would. For the move, the crew arrived exactly within their time window and got to work immediately. I was very happy to see they blanketed every piece of furniture very well which is very important to me. I was initially impressed with their efficiency and speed. However, I later discovered this determination and hastiness to stay within their quoted time ended up causing some furniture damage and also items not being placed where they needed to be which is causing me extra work to move them once I finally noticed where they were placed. They only asked where I wanted a few items to go. For example, they asked where I wanted one ladder to go (I directed them to the barn) but then left every other ladder and yard tool in the corner of the garage. I had set up a whole area for everything to go in one spot in the barn and none of it ended up there. The few items they placed in the barn, were randomly placed all over. I have to move everything myself now. Inside the house, only one piece of furniture was placed where I did not want it, so they moved it as soon as I noticed. Every part of the process was a rush. Once they were done, their lead man walked around with me so quickly that I didn't have time to notice much of anything. He pointed out some damage they did to the furniture and quickly glued it together and colored the wood, leaving a piece of wood still sticking out. It turned out the door hinge had also been damaged, but I didn't notice until days later when I finally had time to look around better. I became very irritated because I felt he had quick talked me into accepting that his repair was satisfactory. Then, I was very disappointed that he wrote zero damage on the damage report and had me sign it right then and there. My prior moving experiences were that the damage report was left with me to complete and submitted to the moving company at a later date. However, when I contacted the office about the damage, they were very responsive and said in an email that their furniture repair person will be contacting me to re-repair the furniture. Overall, I still feel it was a better than average move and better than some of my other moving experiences.
