They will negotiate on price, too, if you ask. I have never had any difficult with any office staff or servicemen, they are the most pleasant, polite and professional group I have ever worked with. I have been in business for 40 years and have quite a bit of experience. Recently James W, my A/C Engineer and Angie M, Office handled my Yearly Maintenance for my A/C request. Both perfect, what else can I say. Also, i purchase the Gold Maintenance Plan for 2 years now and have triple my savings on work performed!! Highly Recommend it. Keep up the great work, Dana.

+ 0 moreCornerstone Pros' office staff, estimator, and installation techs were very professional and customer oriented in all contacts I've had with them. They installed a Bradford White water heater plus added an expansion tank to safely manage the water pressure. They replaced the old (plastic) PVC water inlet valve with a better brass valve and put on new stainless steel water supply flex lines. Their pricing is fair and workmanship is excellent. I highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreI feel that while they did the job correctly, they didn’t do it so it looks decent. They cut pipes and left them showing which is an eyesore. They also ran a pipe for the toilet through my vanity without asking first. So now my new vanity has a hole in it. This was a major expense for me and I would have liked them to have put a little more effort into the work.

+ -1 morewell the Plummer was not able to fix the problem due to a blockage in the pipes according to his diagnosis we paid over $500.00 on a job that was never done, h did replace some things but w still have the same problem. Not that we didn't believe him be he was not experience in this area he was consulting his boss all along during his effort to find the problem at one point he said he never experience anything like it. no one else ever came out nor did they call us . We never received a courtesy call from the company to this day.

When technician arrived, the estimate almost doubled then with coupons, and other discounts dropped back to almost $ 300 over original. Having expected it to be somewhat more than the original, l probably would have accepted that, except suddenly he didn’t have time to do that day and Forced to reschedule. I found another plumber who did the job sooner and for less money.

+ -1 moreExtremely disappointed. This may be a call center. And they get paid for every appointment they make. Very aggressive marketing.
Description of Work: Cornerstone rep called and wanted to charge $49 to come out and look at my job. I told them that I didn’t want to pay for a quote as I was getting the quotes free over the phone. They said that they would wave the fee if I gave them the job. Again I don’t want to commit. Then they said that they would have someone from the office call me in one morning. I said ok. Next thing I knew I received a text saying that they set up an appointment for some one to come to my home. With my address included tomorrow between 10 and 2 with a phone number to call. I called and told them to cancel the appointment that I never made and not to contact me again. That’s way too aggressive for my liking.

We received excellent service from everyone and would recommend them to anyone needing a reliable air conditioning company. We had a few special requests and they didn't flinch to make sure our needs were met. We are very happy with the end product and plan on using them for any service needs in the future.

I was given the estimate and agreed to the job. It took several hours to remove the old one and install the new one plus having to get the new toilet. The job was done in a professional way and the plumber, Chris, had a great attitude.
