+ -1 moreWe bought our AC unit from Cornerstone back in 2015 and took the 12 year parts and labor warranty. We have been having them come service our unit and have been doing service with them since then, and they are a very fair and easy company to work with. We will continue to work with them when it comes time to replace our AC unit again. Our Air Handler blower motor conked out, and they were able to send someone to look at it the same night, and then get us back to AC in less than 48 hours. We were charged a 69.00 service call, but that was a reasonable expense.
Description of Work: The Air Handler blower motor went out and so we had no AC in the house.

After I agreed to a repair, he completed it right away. I had complete confidence in him and the company. Cornerstone sent me an email with my scheduled appointment. Then the day before service, I was sent a reminder. On the day of service, I received a picture of my technician along with a brief bio. It was letting me know that he was on his way. He was on time and had a nice personality.

HOWEVER, phone call to Cornerstone around noon on Saturday; immediately answered by a friendly voice; informed that someone would be out to fix the problem , today.
