Description of Work: Came out cleaned the coil, and condenser line, told me I was down almost 4 pounds of R22. Suspected a leak in the coil. Was suggested a new complete AC system. Had an estimate drawn up. | |Called out another person to come out 3 days later, coils were cleaned with acid, with ALOT of crud coming off. Line wouldn't drain as the lateral drain pipe was clogged, alot more sludge came out with a shop vac. Also was just shy over a pound of freon off, not 4. | |No noticeable difference after cornerstone came out in the AC, but after the other company came out I actually had to turn my thermostat up as I was getting cold.

Description of Work: They Came out on a Sunday where they only charged an additional $10. One of the boards was Fried on the conditioner and the tech got it working. They came out three days later to replace the parts and the parts were under warranty. They did a great job. They communicated what they were going to do and then they did what they said they were going to do.

Description of Work: He did check out my system and said it was working good. I told him that I felt that my bedroom was warmer then the rest of the house so he went in my attic.He told me my vent were crush and needed to be replaced, for over 1,000.00. I called a different company and he said nothing was crushed he went in my attic and was just going to cap one off and add one filter and would take care of my problem....for 350.00

Description of Work: Not sure that everything was done that was promised. Not sure that I got more than a simple AC check. They tried to sell me parts that another AC company said were not necessary. (The other company did not charge for the AC checkup.)

Description of Work: Drain line was clogged and thought it was a good time to get the unit serviced. Tech had to do a major cleaning to prevent the drain from clogging again so he opened up the air handler and cleaned all components along with a regular multi-point service. He showed me what it looked like before he started and after he finished... amazing difference! We bought the maintenance plan which we just had the 1st visit of the plan on May 1st. Good folks!
