Very responsive; answered all calls promptly as we asked tons of questions; gave advice on options; always timely; outstanding communication. Service techs very hard working, did things they did not always have to (like label units or rewrap insulation on the unit they were not working on, etc.) Were willing to flex a bit on price to gain business - not the least expensive but certainly a good quote, worth it given their reliability. Strongly recommend

Daniel and JP were awesome! Cornerstone replaced my ductwork last year and I had been having an issue with the master bedroom being a little warmer than the rest of the house. Daniel and JP were able to fix the problem by reworking the duct system for that room. Now the bedroom is the same temperature as the rest of the house. I couldn't be happier! I've always had very good results with Cornerstone, whether it be air conditioning or electric. I haven't had any plumbing issues but if I do I know I will get great service from Cornerstone.

Arrived promptly and were very courteous. Exchanged the light bulbs in our very high ceiling and gave us an estimate on wiring our generator. Office personnel were very prompt in returning the phone call and making sure they had all the information. Very well run company.

Work was performed efficiently and very well. The technician was courteous and professional. I did not like their attempt to sell me an annual service contract and I believe the cost was too high for the service performed.

Service Tech Gary Capes serviced the disposer and was able to get it working again. As a member of Cornerstone's Platinum Savings Club we have always received top notch service with all air conditioning, heating, electrical and plumbing issues.

The project was done with great effort.Plumbing was done on the inside and outside of the house. Put in new fixtures on my water turn off valve on the outside also. The heat was brutal and I respect individuals who have to work in this climate. No easy task, but the job was done perfectly, professionally, and in a timely manner. The guys did excellent work! Will hire again.

Perfectly. They checked the AC system, cleaned out the pan and pipes and fixed an unattached backup overflow sensor.

A/C Tech Rob W. was very knowledgeable and professional and answered all questions without hesitation. Their scheduling staff and employees answering the phone were very courteous. They behave as if they truly want your business and want to do a good job. Overall, excellent experience.

It went well but it was a follow up to a similar problem 2 weeks prior. Obviously the last tech. did not do the job well.

Customer service is huge for me, and I was really impressed by this company. Both of my AC units went out on the same day (when a different company was performing maintenance). I was scrambling to get quotes and get the install done. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helped me as best they could. I felt like everyone really cared. Matt did the quote and was so knowledgeable and friendly. T.J and John R. were the installers and they were considerate and kind, and ensured everything worked properly. The brand was not one I was familiar with, but I came to learn that was just in the US, and that they were huge globally. I was able to get better functionality than if I had gone with another provider's Trane units. We have now had the units for a month and they are so quiet, and are definitely cooling just fine. The one suggestion I would make to you, if you need a loaner unit, ask them to give/put in the ventilation duct. The person who delivered it may have just forgotten this. Overall, excellent experience, and I plan to use them for my future AC needs.

Overall it went well. Reese came out late in the day but was able to locate the leak right away. He was able to stop the leaking but it was too late to repair at that time. He was very professional and explained what needed to be done clearly. A few days later he came out to complete the job. I have no complaints.

Alvino took initiative and came to our house ahead of schedule. He had another call that canceled and since he was 11 minutes away from us, he stopped to take care of us on his way to the next call. Everybody wins! Alvino is extremely courteous and professional and is certainly welcome in my home again. However, like he said, we hope it's not due to another service call!

The technicians were punctual, friendly, and professional. They were very thorough in checking that everything was operating correctly before they left, and they took the time to explain the operation and upkeep of the system. I am very happy with the job that they did, and I definitely will use this company again.

Larry and John worked like dogs for two days to finish the job of replacing a 20yr old unit. The ducts and vents were cleaned, a second return was added. Pete corrected an electrical issue that failed inspection but easy fix and passed next visit. New thermostat works great, house is cool, 0% interest financing. Best part was that they pricematched another company I was consideringfor the same system and they were able to respond fast. Estimate on Friday and they came on Sunday. Though they couldn’t finish that day, they were able to finish on Tuesday.
