We specialize in Safe Non-pressure Roof cleaning, Pressure washing and Soft washing the exterior of your home, driveway and walkway cleaning, pool decks and screened enclosures. We also Clean and Seal Pavers in Lakeland and throughout Polk County. Top Down Exterior Cleaning uses the ARMA (Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association) Approved cleaning method. Never use or let anyone use a pressure washer on you roof, this can do severe damage and void your warranty. Our treatment will safely remove the algae and restore your roof to its original color and beauty, adding curb appeal and value.

I called this company directly. We made an appointment and they were here and ready to start the job on time as per our agreement.They were very professional. The work was done in a timely manner and clean up was done before they left. It is the best job I have had done in the 7 years I have been a homeowner here in Lakeland. The company contacted us right away and we scheduled an appropriate time for the service. The employee was on time, and very courteous and professional. He did a terrific job, including our screened in porch, and the house looks new again. Even my husband was pleased with the work - and that doesn't happen very often! I have used them 4 times and have been very pleased with their services every time. Colie is pleasant, professional and easy to deal with. He does a very thorough job and takes pride in his work. He is honest, sincere and dependable. He charges a fair price without nickel and diming you to death.. I feel that he genuinely wants to please you and do a good job for you. You couldn't ask for any better than that!! His company has a permanent entry on my Home Service providers list.
