Top Down Exterior Cleaning was very professional - Colie was able to schedule and complete the pressure washing on a very short notice when I told him I had a birthday party in two days. They did a great job and came back the next week to also seal the pavers. I highly recommend them to anyone planning to make their deck/patio look great !

Because of the weather, we haven't done the actual service yet, but I've been really impressed with the professionalism Colie has shown. I called his office and didn't get the answering machine and thought I'd just called too early--turns out he was at a class and he called me back just based on my phone number! He came out to give me an estimate on a few extra square feet and was right on time, very polite and clean, nice truck. We are going to schedule the actual work when the weather straightens out a bit. All this rain isn't good for the paver sealng job. Based on my experience so far, talking with Colie a few times, I'm very confident this will be a good experience.

Did a great job for a great price. Very friendly and professional. Used a special solution to wash off algae and it keeps cleaning. Only one thing slightly negative...we have some damage on our screen and they quoted us a great price to repair it, but they didn't come back to do the repairs.

Good, I did think they would have put plastic down to cover Lanai pavers. It looked as though some may have been bleach???? But we could have prepared our own pavers, just didn't think of it.

They came pretty close to the time expected. The footage was more than expected but the Angie's price was still good and saved at least $200 over what we paid when the deck was originally done. I thought they did a fine job. It's a few months later with several heavy rains and everything looks fine.

Right from the start, Colie at Top Down Exterior Cleaning was responsive, returning our calls, providing details, and calling on the day of the project ahead of his visit. Colie and his work partner Tyler were right on time. The last time we had our lanai cleaned by another provider, it took the better part of the day. Coupled with the same provider power washing the remainder of our house, it took two full days and we were hit with a whopping $500 water bill that month, bundled with a stern warning from the water utility company. Top Down Exterior Cleaning were able to complete the job in a little over two hours, saving us time, water, and money. We had some other areas, mostly trim, on our house that needed attention. So I asked Colie if they would like to make a little more money, and they gave me a great deal on the additional work, completing it right away. Colie and Tyler cleaned up very well, making sure they removed any cleaning products that splashed on our windows and entryway, which is remarkably rare among power washers in our experience. A day after the service, Colie noticed that I had paid Angie's List in advance ? yet I have forgotten about that and gave them a check as well. Colie alerted me to the double payment, drove all the way back to our house, and gave me back the difference. These guys are totally a class act all the way, and they will be our exterior cleaning service providers from now on!

It took a while to get a hold of them, but he’d sent a message through Angie’s List that I hadn’t seen. He was very nice and polite, and once we were doing phone tag, he kept trying to contact me. I live too far away for it, so I'm getting an exchange or refund.

All went well and was done to customer's satisfaction. Will use the company in the future for pressure washing needs.

The young man did a deent job. Some of the grass along the edges of the drive and walkway was killed, but came back within a couple weeks. The bleach solution could have been rinsed away a little better. The person was professional, but didn't say much and really didn't say much about what was going to be done, what should be done afterwards, or how long the job would take.

We bought a home on a short sale, it had been vacant for over 6 months and showed years of neglect. Top Down came out and did a complete external wash of the property that included the house from the soffit and fascia on down, 2 driveways, all walk ways, the white PVC fence around the back yard and also inside the rear screen porch. We were completely amazed at how clean the place looks now. We recommend Top Down to everyone needing pressure cleaning services and we will certainly be using them again when needed in the future. The company name may be Top Down but their work and professionalism is Top Notch !!!

tilestilesTwo young men showed up on time with two machines and did a fantastic job of pressure washing a large screened room and pool deck totaling nearly 1000 sq ft. They then sealed the tiles. I did think that they were to add some sand to any loose tiles, but I may have been mistaken, and I haven't talked to the manager as of yet. I would and have already recommended them to others. I will use them again in two to three years when they need to reseal the tiles again.

I really didn't interact with this company much, however they did let me know that they do not service my area so I will have to use a different company.

Colin's crew did an excellent job! I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for $449 for up to 500 Square Feet of Professional Paver Seal Coating. I emailed Colin, the owner, with a few possible dates to do the job and he responded right away. He and his crew arrived promptly and went straight to work. We have a long (1500+ sq ft driveway) paved driveway so I purchased the Big Deal for the first 500 square feet and then paid an additional $900 for the extra square footage. It was well worth the expense! My son-in-law had pressure washed and sealed our driveway a few years ago and, despite his best intentions, had used the wrong polymeric sand to fill in the joints. What ended up happening is that sand got stuck to the surface of the pavers, leaving them dull and sandy. Long story short, mold and mildew had grown in the paver joints. Colin's crew applied a special solution and scrubbed the driveway with a heavy duty rotating brush cleaner. They then sprayed two coats of sealer to the pavers. The pavers look 100% better - most but not all of the sand has come off, but Colin advised that after a few more cleanings the residual sand should eventually come off. I will definitely recommend Top Down to Angie's List members and my neighbors - in fact one of my neighbors saw them working and recruited them to do her pool cage. Colin advised me that the sealant should last about 2 to 2 1/2 years and I definitely plan on calling on him again at that time! Trust me, having tried to this myself, after all the expenses, time and effort, it's definitely worth the cost of having Top Down clean and reseal your pavers.
