Description of Work: MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM. THEY DIDN'T SHOW. I CALLED TERMINEX. TOTALLY DISORGANIZED----ALMOST COULDN'T FIND MY APPOINTMENT. I ASKED FOR THE PHONE NUMBER OF THE TERMINEX CONTRACTOR WHO DIDN'T SHOW SO I COULD MAKE A DIRECT APPOINTMENT. I WAS TOLD HE HAD NO WORKING PHONE NUMBER. THEY NEVER EVEN CALLED ME BACK TO APOLOGIZE AND MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. I CALLED "THE OTHER" BIG COMPANY. PERFECT JOB, AND DID SHOW UP!!!
