I have been using Heaven's Best carpet cleaning since 2007. Craig Newsome is the owner and he is fantastic! I have called him for regular cleanings and when I needed a quick touch (on short notice) and Craig is always accommodating. I appreciate the excellent customer service I receive from Craig and Heaven's Best! I highly recommend this company! He is very detailed on everything from making the appointment to the very end. I'm always happy with the results and how great my carpets look and smell devine!!

I've used the services of Heaven's Best on a few occasions in the past just as I've used the services of other carpet cleaning companies. I like Heaven's Best more than most because of their fair pricing (they don't give you a price to get in the door and then charge you extra for every little thing) and the way the carpet is left when they are done, but my call to them in November is what makes me write this review. I now call them first every time when I need my carpets cleaned. A little more than a year ago I moved to another state for my job and I had to rent my house out since I couldn't sell it. I went back to visit the house in November and was appalled at the overall condition, but what really shocked me was the once beige carpet was now almost black with dirt, miscellaneous spills of mysterious fluids, and who knows what else. I called Heaven's Best and explained the situation to Mike. He was able to get me an appointment the very next morning. When they showed up, and examined the carpeting, they knew they could get it cleaner, but couldn't promise me that it would all come out. They cleaned the whole house, some rooms like the living and family rooms, they did three passes. When they were done I was truly amazed. The carpet was beige again with no visible signs of the previous stains and there was a nice fresh scent to the house. I wasn't charged a penny more than the price Mike quoted to me the day before. The guys that came to the house were super nice and very professional. Last but certainly not least I love the method they use to clean the carpets because when its all done the carpet is just barely damp, not soaking wet so the house is completely dry within a couple of hours.

Have used them before, carpets always look brand new when they are finished. Nice people.
