Everything was done quickly and very well. My very spotty carpet looks brand new and my husband's old recliner turned out very well. I was thrilled with the job and will definitely hire them again.

False advertising. Does not dry in an hour. After they cleaned carpet, I ran the AC on at a low temperature for 4 hours. Carpet was wet in bedroom, under bed and in both walk in closest. Finally, I had to use two fans and dehumidifier. I hope the carpet will be dry by morning. Will not use again.Also, cleaning did not make any difference in a pee stain from a small dog. I even pointed this area out to workers before beginning. Very very disappointed!

Better than expected. That is the reason they were awarded an “A” on all questions. Going to schedule them back for a large sectional sofa cleaning after the holidays.

The two man team showed up on time. They got straight to work and were quick despite being thorough. We plan on using them annually. Our condo has 12 ducts plus intake which were cleaned and sanitized (cleaning= $300, sanitizing=$100. Dryer vent was $85.

4 people spent most of one day cleaning 4 rooms with wall-to-wall carpet 1100 sq ft, 2 area rugs (one Oriental), 10 can back chairs, 6 fabric pieces, and 3 leather pieces. They did an amazing job! The place looks completely rejuvenated. One bedroom carpet had stains that I had tried to removed several times with available carpet spot stain removers, with only partial success. They made it vanish completely.

Excellent! I had to work with Mike long distance to arrange the cleaning - they were very responsive to my request. I wasn’t present for the cleaning, but my sister said they were very polite and professional, and did a great job. And my mother was thrilled with her clean carpet! It was old and very soiled - it almost looked like new afterwards. I would definitely hire them again.

Mike returned my call promptly and scheduled a the cleaning at a time most convenient for me. He and his crew showed up on time and clearly explained what he was going to do. The carpet is 8-10 years old, and he was up front about what to expect. Nonetheless, a couple days after the first attempt I asked him to take another shot at a couple troublesome areas that didn't look right to me. He returned that day to do the re-clean. The results are the best I can expect. Mike is very responsive, courteous, and seems committed to do the best job possible.

We needed our carpets cleaned for our rental house. The guys were early, efficient, friendly and worked together well. The citrus smell of of their solution is refreshing. The guys went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Definitely will recommend this company and will use them again. Thank you.

18 year old carpet looks brand-new and at a low cost! My wife was right (she is rarely wrong)! Great name...great service! I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Now, I need a good roofer...all of them are at least two weeks out...

It went quite well. They were able to remove the spot and the carpet looked brand new by the time they left.

They came out the next morning and cleaned two rooms. They were prompt and very polite. The stains in the one room are almost indistinguishable and the other room looks good as new.

The entire process went well. We received a call back from the company and the representative was able to give us a price for the job based upon the room measurements we provided. We scheduled the visit for a few days later. On the scheduled day, the technician called to ask if he could come early, as a previous job was completed early. He arrived at the agreed upon time, set up his equipment and proceeded to do the job. He even cleaned part of the carpet in the master bedroom closet, which was not included in the initial estimate. He could not clean the entire closet area as we had already stored some things in there.

The service provider was able to schedule the service through Angie's List messaging which was very convenient. They were prompt, professional, and took their time to make sure the target areas were cleaned thoroughly. Their work was excellent and I will definitely use them again next time I need carpet cleaning. Thank you!

The scheduling of the appointment was very easy via email. I was pleased to be able to make an appointment within a week. The service was great; the carpet looked fantastic. The price was also highly competitive. We plan on being repeat customers.

What an absolute pleasure it was to work with this carpet company. We needed the carpets cleaned after moving out of our large house. They spent several hours going over trouble spots multiple times to obtain the cleanest result possible. Bill was pleasant, helpful, and professional during my initial call. Although I do not have a loveseat, Bill was flexible in allowing me to use a sofa/loveseat coupon for a sofa and chaise lounge. He was willing to give me an estimate over the phone for 2 additional items (large wing chair and ottoman). The prices were very reasonable. When Bill arrived I don't think he expected the amount of dog fur that was wickedly caught in the fabric of the sofa. But he and his son stayed with it until it sparkled. His expectations were higher than mine and I was really impressed with the difference. Bill could easily have charged more than the original estimate based on the condition of our furniture but he did not. I offered to pay extra because I felt it was the right thing to do and Bill was gracious and appreciative. I would definitely use Heaven's Best again and am very pleased with the results.

Craig has cleaned my white berber carpet twice and has done a better job on it than two other firms using the same type of cleaning(dry chemical). Like the others, it looked really clean when first done, but unlike the others, the soiled areas did not come back two weeks later. I have two small dogs so there are lots of wet dirty paws on the carpet, but Craig makes it look like new! Today's visit was an emergency call after a flooring guy get something on the carpet that I could not get out with stain remover. Craig showed up on time, with the usual call that he was on his way, and in ten minutes, the stain was gone and he was on his way. I've scheduled him to clean the whole carpet tomorrow and I highly recommend him for your carpet and upholstery cleaning

I contacted heavens best for a move out clean. I was interested in the dry quick process they use since we had our walk through later that afternoon. He showed up on time and got the job done quickly. It dried with plenty of time to get the last minute painting done & the carpets looked great. Would definitely recommend this company to my friends.
