Description of Work: When I first called them they said the job was too small, but then they called a few days later and said they would do my apartment. They were on time, did an excellent job on the windows and screens, and the price was very fair and lower than prices provided to me other Angie's List companies.

Description of Work: We have used Window Gang for the last several years and have always been very pleased with their work. In October we had them wash our exterior windows and power wash the pool deck. We were not home when the work was done. The next day I noticed that some tiles were cracked on the deck. I called and spoke with both Sunny and Jon. Jon came out to look at the damage (once again I was not home). He said that the tile was not properly installed. Here starts the problem. We did not install the tile. They have cleaned this tile before. They guys that broke the tile did not let us know about it...they could have left a note on the invoice they left for the work done. All I asked Jon was to split what I owed them. One estimate we got for the repair was between $2-300. We did not ask Window Gang to pay for the repair. Jon asked to speak with my husband about the situation. Excuse me, but I was always the person that arranged for services and paid the bills. Now that there was a problem, Jon wanted to speak with my husband. Due to a death in the family, I did not want to bother my husband with this, and I just paid the bill. I never even got an apology that the tiles got broken. I most likely will not use Window Gang again.
