Excelente service, very professional from start to finish. They are always on time and very polite. Great company overall. Highly recommend it.

They've always done a good job on the gutters, less so on the windows. I asked for an estimate on just the gutters a couple of weeks ago, I didn't want them to do the windows. They sent me an invoice for $110. It was $10 more than past times, but no big deal - prices go up over time. They also sent me an estimate to pressure clean the sidewalk and driveway; it was too much so I told them I didn't want it. When the tech came to do the gutters, his invoice said $150; I questioned that and he said it's the minimum they can charge to come to a job site (note, they were already there). I told them that was a 50% increase over the past and $40 more than their invoice said - it said nothing about a minimum fee. He called the office and they didn't change. I told the tech, thanks but no thanks and they left. I called the office and explained my predicament - as I said to them, they lost a faithful customer over a $40 overcharge, and now I have to find someone else. I never heard back from the owner. Really nice, good people but I don't understand their business practices.

They do gutter and window cleaning at the same time. Their good at gutters but poor with windows.

They cleaned the windows well. They cracked tile and did not let me know. They were very unprofessional when informed of the tile break. Did not want to talk to me about making it right...wanted to talk to my husband, even though I was good enough to talk to to hire them. Have not used them since. Had used them about 3 times before the bad experience.

I've used them to clean our gutters for several years. The last couple of times, I've also had our exterior windows washed. They clean the gutters well, the windows less so - streaks, missed spots, etc. I'll keep hiring them for the gutters, but I'll do the windows myself. I asked them twice, about three months ago, to get me a quote for cleaning our roof; although I was assured someone would call me back, no one ever did.

I have used Window Gang for the past three years. They are always very professional, on time, and do a great job. Besides window washing, they have also power washed our driveway and pool deck. I will definitely use them again, and always recommend them when I get a chance to do so.

Window Gang made an appointment to come out, came out, gave me a very competitive price, came back on appointed date and lo and behold, my view sparkled. What a pleasure!!

.They were punctual, personable and professional. All work was performed as specified. While cleaning my windows they also trimmed caulking/sealing that had put put on pretty sloppily originally. Although they were not the cheapest quote I got, I am very happy I chose them. I would use them again.

The select crew came on schedule, was polite, was thorough, responded immediately to requests, was very careful not to disturb antiques and art near the windows. Definitely would recommend this Window Gang. The crew members told me they were working for the owner, Robert Thayer for many years and are pleased with his treatment of his employees and customers.

It was fantastic. They showed up on time. They were neat and they cleaned up. They just did a nice overall job. They’re trustworthy and they get the job done. They’re competitive on the pricing. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Bobby and Chris arrived on time and cleaned 25 windows and 3 sliders, one of which was a double size. They were extremely courteous and the work was impeccable! Although I would have liked a lower price, I must admit that it was worth every dollar. I will only use this company in the future when I want sparkling glass.

I deal with Jon Thayer. I have been using them for years, the quality is good, they are prompt, and on time.

I called them in the morning. Jon was here within 45 minutes to give us an estimate. He told us a crew would be here by 3:00 and they were. They went right to work and were done before dark. I was very impressed because we have recently moved into this house and the windows were very dirty. Then they followed up with a call this morning to be sure I was satisfied.

It was good. They came quickly. They were generally reasonable and quick! Fairly priced. They also have good follow through.
