Two young men came, went right to work, efficient, clean, respectful and they did a beautiful job.

Window Gang did a good job. They took off the screens and cleaned them. They cleaned both the inside and the outside of the windowsill. They did a thorough job.

I called Jon Thayer at Window Gang at about 1:00 on Thursday March 14, 2013. I asked him for an estimate for driveway & sidewalk. He asked for my address, looked me up on Google Maps & gave me an estimate right then & there. I accepted the price & he was at my house that afternoon! When I got home from work, I had a spotless 2 pad driveway & spotless wrap around inside corner lot side walk. I was very pleased! Jon left me a bill tucked into my front door! Very professional, extremely curtious & very reasonable. I will definately call Window Gang for my next job. They are in my 'favorites' They also do much more than pressure cleaning! I will use their services again. THANK-YOU FOR A GREAT JOB, WINDOW GANG!

We have used them before and were very pleased. Requested that they come back to do exterior of the house only (one story home). Called and scheduled the appointment. Two person team arrived as scheduled and completed the job in a little over an hour. Very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend this firm.

The owner of the company was professional, they were on time, efficient and cleaned up after themselves.

Showed up as promised, professionally dressed. They did a great job and asked us to review their work in case they missed anything. Will use them again. They windows looked beautiful. I have since recommended them to several of our neighbors who were equally satisfied.

Called and spoke with the owner Jon who came out the next day and provided a written estimate. I thought the price was very fair so I scheduled the work for the following Monday @11AM. The crew (2 guys) was punctual, professional and completed the job beautifully & in a timely fashion. My windows look fantastic! I was called the next day to make sure I was pleased with the job & I was thanked for my business. This is an owner that is genuinely interested in doing a great job, pleasing his customers and maintaining them as long-term clients. I definitely will use Window Gang next time.

We called them this morning and they came out by lunch time. They did both of our homes and did a great job. We will be using them again. It was a good and fair price. We called several other companies and no response back so we are now hooked on the Window Gang. Thanks again. Too bad it rained a bit.

They were really good. They did a great job. There was a good price and they showed up when they were supposed to. They weren’t able to finish on that day, but they called to make sure that everything was alright when they left. They came back the next day and finished the job. We will use them again.

They were fast and they did a good job. They did the work in one day. They had one guy give me an estimate first and he scheduled the appointment for about a week later, and then they were here and they did it right away. The good thing is they give me an estimate, and they came and did the job. The only problem I had with them was that they came earlier than expected, but it turned out to be a good thing anyway. Their price was good, but I didn’t get too many other estimates, so I don’t know if they are high or low, but I think it was fine. They told me with my permission that they would call me back quarterly or semi annually just to see if are ready to get the windows done again.

They were supposed to clean my windows inside out, and they did show the special solution when they did it. The one thing I would say is that they were on the phone probably most of the time. I called them back as they didn’t even perform one of the services they said they were going to do. They were just not on the expected side because they were through Angie’s list, and another was that they sold me on the some wonderful stuff they were going to use, and basically I was disappointed.

I contacted Jon, the owner, and he returned my call promptly. He wanted to meet in person rather than give me a quote over the phone-which was fine by me. His quote was $200less than the previous company I had used.The work was scheduled for the next business day. The young man and woman, arrived exactly on time. They were neatly dressed, polite, professional and went to work immediately. Inside the house, they removed their shoes and donned booties. They used extreme caution when working around fine art and furniture. They actually finished sooner than had been estimated, and the windows sparkled! The invioce was what I had been told-no up-sells or add ons. Definitely would use them again and recommend them to my friends.! es

I needed someone to clean windows on very short notice and John at Window Gang was fortunately able to work me into their schedule. The two man crew showed up on time and were courteous and professional. They did an excellent job in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend this company.

Scheduling was easy and hassle-free, and an initial estimate was given over the phone based on the number of windows. The two-person crew came out promptly, and after they reviewed the sizes of the windows and the number of windows with mullions, they gave us the actual price of $156. The final price was cheaper than the estimate over the phone. One person cleaned the windows on the outside while the other person cleaned the windows on the inside. Everything went well. They were polite and work efficiently. A few days after the job, the owner called to see if everything went okay.

The crew came within the time frame I was given. They were professional,respectful, quiet, did their work efficiently. They left everything exactly the way they found it. When the crew arrived they were not prepared to do the driver vent and didn't have the correct equipment on the truck. I made one call to the owner and he came right over with the equipment they needed. I was very pleased that I didn't have to stay home on another day to have that service provided.

Window Gang is great, professional and do a fine job for all the work we have hired them to do. We have a two story home, and their upper level window cleaning and roof washing was done well.

John Thayer came to my home and gave an estimate that was about $50.00 more than another quote we had been given. After speaking with John for details of his washing procedures, I realized that his work would be much more professional than the other window company. I was right. His crew of 3 men showed up as scheduled and did not leave until they were completely done. They asked me to examine their work, which I did. There was no mess at all during their cleaning. The 3 men worked in a very neat manner. It was a pleasure dealing with this company.
