Window Gang

I initially spoke with Jon on the phone to inquire about Window Gang's services and he arranged to come by that afternoon to perform a walk through and give me a quote. The cleaners arrived on time and were professional and courteous. A few days later, I noticed that there was still construction debris from the window replacement in all of the accordion shutter tracks. I reported the issue in the morning, and that afternoon, Jon apologized for the oversight and cleaned all three tracks himself that very afternoon. I'm very satisfied with the end result and pleased that they quickly worked to resolve my issue without hassle. Everyone that I spoke with was very professional and courteous and my phone calls were answered immediately.

We have been using this company for over 8 years to clean our office windows. They always do a beautiful job. Always very polite and professional. Can't beat the price. Have recommended them to many people.

The few issues that required a subsequent visit were addressed the following day, no questions asked. Over all, it was a positive experience - will definitely use the "Gang" again!

My home's windows all have individual panels (window panes). The windows are very tall and not easily accessible because there are bushes in front of most of the windows. The two service people showed up on time, were very respectful and detail oriented. After they were finished we inspected the windows together. Wherever there was a slight blemish or isolated soap residue. they immediately did the pane over. They were eager to please, and they did! I must say that a couple of years ago The Window Gang washed all my many windows on the inside. They were very respectful for all the furniture and art near the windows.

When they arrived I told them I had already done the patio tiles. He said "do you want us to do the driveway so I said yes and I also asked them to add the garage door. I didn't really watch them as they did their work so didn't notice that they hadn't done the patio screens. Keep in mind they had already done the patio shutters. They then power washed the patio screens from the outside in. Not only did it totally destroy the cleaning that had been done on the shutters, it totally dirtied the inside of the patio. The young man in charge was very nice but I believe the person who was working with him was the disaster. I did observe him at one point and his work was very sloppy and he really didn't seem to care. I normally don't like giving a bad review, but the patio shutters had to be completely redone by the person I hired to paint the patio walls and shutters.

They were on time, very friendly, and professional. They worked right along and got the job done in about 11/2-2 hours. They took all the screens out and cleaned them along with the window sills. I couldn't believe how bright my house looked after they had cleaned all the windows.

The two gentlemen who did the job were prompt, extremely quiet and professional, wore booties too protect our wood floors and did an exceptional job. Our windows looked like brand new. We were extremely pleased with their service. Two days later, we got a call from the company to find out if we were satisfied with the service and if they needed to come back for any follow up items. Great customer service. We asked them to send the same gentlemen the next time we need service. We definitely found our window cleaning service and will use them regularly.

Townhouse complex was recently painted; overspray from paint primer "stained" all windows which required scraping with a razor before cleaning. Not only did the workers do a fabulous job, but the price was incredibly reasonable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Asked how soon I could get a quote. The owner,Jon,was here within an hour. Quoted me a price and explained how they do it. Made me very comfortable and was able to set the job up today along with cleaning the windows. Bill and Matt showed up right on time and had at it. Great job on the windows. And can't say enough about the job on the pavers. Those of you who know will understand,white fly gunk all over the pavers. Some were completely black. They all look new again. I've used Window Gang (Jon Thayer) for about 6 yrs now for my window cleaning and have always had an excellent result. I have a three story townhouse so this is not an easy job. They arrive prepared and on time and the windows look great. This time, I added some new services for dryer vent cleaning and window blind cleaning. The window blinds were a bit expensive, though I know it is tedious to do. I would probably not do this again. I will continue to use Window Gang for windows and dryer cleaning. I would highly recommend Window Gang. The cost per window is very reasonable and there are often coupons on their website. Jon always follows up with a call to ensure satisfaction.

The team was professional, courteous, and so quiet I did not know they were here. The windows and mirrors sparkle.....no streaks. They did an excellent job, paying attention to all details. They cleaned the sills as well as the windows. I am very particular about mirror cleaning and they were the best.

Two men came to the house to do the power washing. The were very professional, courteous and diligent in their work. The results were better than anticipated. We have used this company in the past to wash our windows. Based on that service we contacted them for the power washing. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend the company.

The only problem is they kept missing mirrors and had to be reminded to do them - found some mirrors in bathrooms that were not done after they left. The work that they did was done very well and very quickly - they also were on time which was wonderful.
