Description of Work: They came out to assess the situation on my roof, and were so incredibly honest, and said noting needed to be done at this time! I have never had a roofer be so honest!! They adjusted a few tiles and gave me the honest answer, when they could have told me anything,and I would have had no way of verifying!

Description of Work: While they could have sold me roof repairs, they advised that replacement would be a better option for me. This is commendable as they don't do roof replacements, but only repairs.

Description of Work: Vic returned my call promptly. Great people. I actually had two repairs done . They did the first repair and while completely the repairs jose noticed my flashing was not completed or done when I was reroofed by another company . I hired Vic coming any again to complete the second job . They did a great job .

Description of Work: Roof repair. Had two other quotes claiming that it was something else. They did the job and showed me pictures to prove they were correct. Honest and tidy. Roof appears fixed no water coming in!

Description of Work: I had a leak which I thought was in my roof but they quickly pointed out that it was my window and not the roof. They did some work on the roof and window and the leak stopped. Very happy with their service.

Description of Work: Searching the phone number for this provider, 561-868-4605, reveals listings for two companies, VE Quillen and "A Better Roof Repair Service." When I called, I got a voicemail message that did not mention a company name, but simply asked for a message to be left. Concerned about this company's bona fides, I called another "A" company, spoke to a receptionist and had an appointment scheduled.

Description of Work: Vic told me that it sounded like I needed a new roof and he only made roof repairs. However, he gave me sound advice on extending the life of my current roof, referred me to a company who would be an excellent roofing company. He also recommended another person who could handle a screen-related leak. He gave me excellent advice even though he knew I wasn't going to use his services. I was so appreciative.

Description of Work: They replaced a number of the shingles on my roof. They also had to replace some of the wood and fascia in one area.

Description of Work: Needed a panel replaced on the side of house. Quick and great job. Would do business again.

Description of Work: This was the ONLY contractor who honestly told me that if I fixed the problem myself it would cost me $35 -$40 for materials. He then listed what I should purchase, and how to do the project. If I ever need a roofing project in the future, I will contact these guys first, as they are very honest. |
