The sales person said that the bad smell of our house is from the rats seriously infested and urged to treat right away. Also he stated and sounded they come with full force and take care/clean up entire area (never happened that way). We spent full amount up front (1 year garantee). The worker never showed up unless I call and ask what's going on. The workers were nice but the each person who comes in every few days or weeks and put the trap, removal, the final checking & deodorizing were 4 different people which is confusing because I have to explain what's going on for each one of them. They caught one rat but evidently the smell was from the old opened pipe underneath (finally the last worker noticed) but they didn't do the service of closing the pipe. They did the exclusion of outside but why not the crawl space?
Description of Work: Rats removal. Trap, exclusion, removal, and deodorize the attic and crawl space.

They have been very responsive. Any time we have needed them to come back they have. Overall we are very pleased with them. What they do has been very effective.

They have different payment options and their price is a little bit on the high end. They come and do what they re supposed to, and I haven t had any issues with them. You get what you pay for, and they are very clean and professional people.
Description of Work: I have a quarterly contract with Truly Nolan. They spray both inside and outside of my 1,800 square foot home for ants, spiders and roaches. I pay them annually.
