Description of Work: Here i am , 70+, female, and living alone. I had to try putting up my new Sloan armour screen just in case i would be alone when i needed it most. WOW! it went up very easily, relatively quickly, and in no time my front door was ready to face a hurricane. if the need for it should arrive, i should have help. however, it is gratifying to know that i could put it up without hlep if necessary.

 + 1 moreMark really knew his products and had samples with him. After we purchased he called to let us know when he was on the way when appointments were scheduled. He also kept us informed when product (windows) were due at his facility. When it came time for installation his crew was on time and very efficient. Mark is great to work with. No other salesperson told us that putting shutters on our front windows would entail cutting some of the detail around the windows. He suggested Armour Screen which actually was cheaper than the shutters! I would definitely work with him again as we have more windows to replace in the future.
Description of Work: Fitted our house with hurricane shutters on patio doors and Armour Screen on front windows. Replaced 3 windows with hurricane impact glass.

 + -1 moreThe house is about 4,000 sq ft and it required three different kinds of hurricane protection. Mark Sloan was a man of his word who delivered on time and on budget. He helped me solve a lot of insurance problems. As a result of this installation, my insurance costs went from $9,700/yr to $4,700/yr. His employees were extremely professional, very friendly and showed up when they said they were going to and if, for some reason, they were not going to be there, they called me to let me know. I have a big house and bought it only 3 years ago. I have put a lot of money into it and I would say that Mark Sloan is the best vendor I have had do anything to the house.
