When I called Ryan Plumbing, they were able to come out quickly. He completed all of the work in the same day. They did an excellent job with work.

Everything was done in a professional manner and fast.

Overall, the service went well and the results were what we were looking for. Ryan's apprentice, Seth, arrived within the time slot Ryan indicated over the phone. He prepped the area. Ryan arrived shortly thereafter and although he did not install the water heater himself, he oversaw everything Seth did and ensured that it was done correctly. The entire procedure took about 90 mins. Seth was a very polite young man and took his work seriously. He was clean and efficient. After Seth left, we waited around for 30 mins. and tried the water. It came out of the tap nice and hot, so we were satisfied. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, no drama and everything went smoothly.

I emailed Ryan's Plumbing which quoted me $140 an hour plus the part. I asked Ryan's when they could come by but they never contacted me. Whenever I called Ryan's, I got voicemail. I called Solty's and made an appointment. They arrived punctually. Charged me $162. So if Ryan's doesn't return your call, call Solty's.

I could not turn the water off in the shower. The handle would turn but the water would not stop running. I couldn't turn it off so I had to turn off the water main. I called Ryan Plumbing and I was pleasantly surprised to speak with a live person. He answers his phone! I explained what was going on and he knew what the problem was. He was even able to quote me a price over the phone. I was fortunate that he was able to fit me in that same morning. The serviceman, Joe, showed up earlier than expected. He had the part on the truck and replaced the cartridge.

Service was agreed to take place 4/16, there was an issue getting the required part from a supplier so the call was rescheduled for 4/17. Part was received late in the day on 4/17, rescheduled for 4/18. Plumber arrived at repair site at approximately 3:15 on 4/18. Was on site for about 20 minutes to accomplish repair after which I was presented a bill for $205! The bill broke down as follows: Replacement Flush Valve $65 Labor (for approx. 20 minutes) $95 TRIP CHARGE $45 Total $205 * The plumber makes a profit on the flush valve - I have no problem with that. * The plumber bills at an effective rate of $285/hr ($95 for 20 minutes) - I have a problem with that. * The plumber charges me $45 for his time to get to my house - I don't pay this fee for other contractors to do work at my home; I have a BIG PROBLEM with that! Ryan Plumbing is a capable and usually responsive plumber; I have used him for other services in the past and have been well satisfied. I understand that one gets what one pays for but Ryan Plumbing has taken his fee structure to a new level that, in my view, is not commensurate with the service being delivered. I believe the good reviews Ryan Plumbing has gotten (which were deserved) have gone to his head and he is now charging beyond what I believe is good value for the work being done. I will be seeking another plumber - from Angie's List - when I require such service(s) in the future.

We found Ryan Plumbing on Angie's List. We called asking for an estimate...Ryan provided detailed information on the product we selected and set up an installation date that accommodated our busy schedule. Ryan's crew, Joe and Seth arrived, explained the procedure and began their work. They were prompt, professional, polite and super clean. They were very careful taking the old water heater out, and just as careful putting the new one in. They swept away any little debris that fell onto the garage floor. This is a plus in my book. We would highly recommend Ryan Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. Should we have any other plumbing to be done, Ryan will be our go to company. Oh, and the Rheem Marathon is beautiful for a hot water heater...it looks like a silver bullet!

Did a great job, was not looking to run up the bill. Found the leak behind the wall of the shower

Ryan is the owner but doesn't appear to be "hands on" anymore. He has his guys do the jobs for him. After Ryan and I talked on the phone and agreed on the price Ryan came out and told me that because his guys were going to have to get dirty it would cost me more than $700. I was upset because I already had the concrete patch scheduled to be filled that day and I felt like I had no choice but to use him or spend more money rescheduling the concrete. I reminded him that the hole had already been dug for him. He insisted it would take his 2 man crew longer and then his guys would have to go change clothes because they would have to lay in the dirt. Isn't that why plumbers make the big bucks? Because they get dirty? I asked him to at least keep his price the same because I had the hole dug for them. He finally agreed but said it would not be less than $700. He sent 2 guys. One guy mostly watched and the other guy fixed the pipe in less than 1 hour. I paid $700 for less than 1 hour of work but I had no choice. I was more insulted that Ryan tried to up sell me more because his guys would "have to get dirty". The pipe was repaired professionally. I would never consider hiring these guys again.

Text before start of business day and got immediate response. Was at house within the hour and sent plumbers out early afternoon same day. Completed all work within about an hour and were extremely professional and very helpful and informative.

We went out that night and purchased a new faucet and now he will not return our calls or texts.

Ryan's was able to move their schedule to accommodate ours based on a last minute change by the countertop company. All in all, an excellent job done at a reasonable price.

They were very good and showed up on time. His fee was reasonable and he was very neat and conscientious. I found them through Angie's List. What stands out about this company is the fact that they call me back. I have found that his pricing is more competitive than other local plumbers and he works quickly. I was very happy with him. He was going to be about a half-hour late for our appointment and he called me in advance to tell me.

Joe of Ryan's plumbing was here before 7 am. Found the problem quickly. Assessed the damage and fixed it. Professional Punctual Courteous Can't ask for much more. Very happy with the service, would use them again!

I received a call back within minutes of my call. Ryan sent an employee within 2 hours to repair my hot water heater. They were so professional and courteous. They took care to put booties on before entering my home. I have used them 3 times and each time the work has been done correctly the first time. They repaired leaking faucet for me in my guest bedroom. Instead of telling me to buy new faucet they obtained the part and returned to install saving me from spending unnecessary money on new expensive faucet set. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and would use them again whenever I need a plumber.

An outdoor PCV pipe ruptured, gushing a high volume of water into our narrow fenced in side yard. The wooden fence helped keep the water inside forming a small lake with water flowing through the narrow crack under the gate. Called Ryan Plumbing first due to their high ratings on Angie's List. Received a text informing us of their heavy work load - sorry. I'm sure they are great when they do show up but they list themselves with 24/7 emergency service. Either you provide 24/7 emergency service or you don't. This was our first and only plumbing emergency and first and only request to Ryan Plumbing for service so it has to be a fail. They could have referred us to someone. We managed to shut of the water and another local plumbing service provided outstanding response and service.

We were impressed with Ryan Plumbing every step of the way. They returned the initial phone call within 24 hours, even though it meant calling on a Sunday. Our appointment was scheduled for the following week. When it looked like the plumber might be an hour late, Ryan called to notify us and ask if it were OK. When the plumber came, he completed the job quickly and neatly. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ryan Plumbing. It was a refreshing change from tradespeople who won't even return a phone call.

He could have told me the whole faucet needed to be replaced and charged a whole lot more, and I wouldn't have been the wiser.

Took to long,Tried to save money on parts.

He did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem with our dishwasher. He is very punctual and has always been on time. He is upfront and I recommend him to anyone

Removed Sloan pressure cartridge and installed new one. Replaced Moen cartridge for lavatory faucet. Replaced an outside hose bib.

The plumber, Joe, called at 815 am and said he would arrive by 9 am. He arrived just as stated and got right to work. After digging at the site, he quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained everything to me before summarizing what he would do to make the repair. The call took approximately 1 hour. The service call was $250, with a labor charge of $95 and a parts charge of $15. I am more than satisfied with the company, and especially the plumber who arrived to take care of the problem. On this New Year's eve, I want to express my gratitude to all of the plumbers, electricians and other trades and service professionals who allow for us to live a civilized life!

Ryan plumbing did a great job. They were punctual and very professional and polite. New sink I provided was warped and would not sit level. Ryan allowed me to go exchange the sink at my local Home Depot and came back later the same day to complete the installation. They did not charge me any extra to have to pull off the job and then return the same day. Installation was completed very well.
